So straight out of the gate, I noticed that the words printed on both sides of the packaging read “Pepper Grinder”. This is not a deal breaker but why would it not say salt & pepper grinders?Aside from the limitation on the description, I like this set for its appearance, style, and practicality. It is approximately 8 inches high and comes with a coordinating tray. There were no instructions included but they are simple to understand how to fill them with salt & pepper and how to grind them. I did think they were bigger but as I look at them they are perfectly sized. I plan to put them on a wooden tray even though it has a small tray with it. Layers just look better, so, I’m adding a holding tray if you will, mainly for aesthetics. I would purchase this for myself and as a gift.

Grinders have dents and blemishes. Wood grain is low quality. One grinder has a large area covered with a strange thick stain as if finish had pooled and dried in place. Currently deciding if I want to return them. Would not recommend.
