Mit dem beiliegenden Einfüllöffel lässt sich das Salz als auch die Pfefferkörner gut einfüllen.Auch mittels der kleinen Bürste und des Pinsels lassen sich die Mühlen bei Bedarf reinigen.Allerdings macht der innere Mechanismus einen recht wackeligen Eindruck was allerdings bis dato keinen Einfluss auf die Funktionalität hat.Wie auf den Bild zu erkennen, wird das Salz und der Pfeffer nach 3 halben Umdrehungen in ausreichender Menge fein gemahlen.Leider lässt sich der Mahlgrad nicht verstellen – was vielleicht auch in diesem Preissegment auch nicht wirklich zu erwarten ist.Für den aufgerufenen Preis bekommt man ein schön anzusehendes Duo, welches auf dem Esstisch eine gute Figur macht.Positiv ist auch der Bodenhalter zu erwähnen damit Reste von Salz und Pfeffer nicht einfach nach Gebrauch auf dem Tisch zu Verunmreigungen führt.Wie sich die Verarbeitung und das Mahlwerk auf Dauer verhalten, wird die Zeit zeigen. Gegebenenfalls werde ich bei vorzeitigem Ausfall die Rezension überarbeiten.

I have always preferred wooden condiment mills and I like the narrow clear area near the base that highlights the contents. They have a smooth finish and feel comfortable in the hand. I put sea salt and peppercorns in them and they were ground easily whether I wanted coarse or finer granules. The matching stand gives them a stylish appearance when you put them on the table. This wooden salt and pepper grinder set is a great value for the $24 price tag. They work as expected, and I love that the coarseness of the salt or pepper can be easily adjusted. These seem to be well made and are super super cute. They match my kitchen theme really well, however, when I opened them the little ‘Salt’ Plaque fell off. I was able to push it back in but not sure how that will hold up over time.I’ve gotten a lot of compliments so far!
