Fantastic Gift
I purchased this wine infussed coffee as a gift for friends who are big into wine. They immediatly ground and brewed us all a cup infussed with Cab. It was delicious! It smelled a bit of wine then followed by coffee and for those who are into wine, you will know that sometimes wine does come with flavors of coffee. It was the perfect gift. One I will give again.

Amazing Coffee (when not on the shelf for too long…)
Let’s start with the positive: I love barrel aged coffees. And I really enjoyed THIS barrel aged coffee.I’ve never tried coffees aged in wine barrels. Given that I needed coffee right away, and knowing Amazon would deliver quickly, I figured “it wouldn’t hurt to try” these wine barrel aged coffees. Iâm glad I took that leap. This coffee was absolutely delicious. The aroma was amazing and the bold flavor was outstanding. And as someone who buys whole bean coffees regularly from coffee roasters, I could tell what I had purchased had not been on the shelf for long. The first box (and first purchase) was outstanding! So now the negative…For starters, this is not about the coffee and the company. This is about taking the good with the bad of purchasing certain items from Amazon. I ordered a second box of coffee from Amazon and could tell this box had been on the shelf for a while…like possibly up to a year. The coffee in that box was very lackluster. It tasted like tainted water. There was no aroma. No boldness. Nothing. The second purchase was the opposite of my first purchase.Unfortunately I am unable to return the box (I tried), otherwise I would have. Yes, it was that bad.Had I received the second box first, I would have given this a 2 star review…the stars were only because the items were delivered on time and with care. That the benefit of Amazon. Fast and sometimes within 2 hours of ordering. It’s great actually. However the risk with ordering some things (not all) from Amazon is that the product ordered might be on the shelf for too long. Therefore you might receive items that should be deemed expired. This is not the first time I have had this experience. But again, when one wants fast delivery, one takes the good with the bad.In summary, the coffee(s) received 4 stars: my first purchase was 5 stars. Really my first purchase should be rated 10 stars. The second purchase was 2 stars…really it should be zero if I am basing it on the coffee alone. However, the 2 stars reflects the overall experience (excellent delivery plus terrible coffee).

Good Coffee and Excellent for Giving
I gave this as a gift and my giftee loved it. She was very intrigued by the coffee and couldn’t wait to try it. I was able to try the Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay and I really liked them. I don’t have a very refined palette, but I could definitely taste the flavor notes in each one. I was super impressed. I will definitely check out some of their other coffees.

Fantastic customer service
My order shipped and arrived quickly. When I opened the box, I discovered that one of the coffee packages had torn. I reached out to the seller and they replaced it immediately. My family and I enjoyed sampling the different coffees over the holiday weekend. The Chardonnay variety was our favorite, but the Pinot Noir and the Cab were delicious as well. Will definitely be ordering again!

Only for Starbucks lovers.
Was interesting, a fun gift, but the coffee is just bad. If you’re a Starbucks lover you’ll probably love this. All others run away.

Customer service is amazing!
5/2/2019. UpdateThe company read my review and reached out to me. I just received from them some of their other coffees and I can actually smell the flavor through the bag. So excited to take these to my in-laws and try them again. Their customer service is amazing!Bought as a Christmas gift for my in-laws. We tried it together. It didn’t even smell good. I paid a bunch of money for something unique….really disappointed.
