If you prefer a dark roast, you’ll like it.
I will drink any roasted coffee, dark or medium preferred. With that out of the way, if you like dark roast, you won’t go wrong with this one. I like that even with it being dark roasted, I didn’t get a burnt taste or too acidic. It actually tasted very good with some smoky aftertaste and surprisingly I got a little bit of sweet aromatics when brewing it with hot water.I like to use it for my morning black unsweetened cup because it has that kick that just wakes me up. I wouldn’t drink it with breakfast because for that I like more of a medium roast.Additionally, I like that it’s in whole bean form, because it will last longer and I get a fresher taste doing the grinding myself before brewing it.Overall I would recommend it to anyone who likes or prefer dark roasted coffee

Superb as always
Iâm usually not a fan of the dark roasts, but in this case I make an exception because it tastes very delicious.The flavor has a strong bite to it, but the profile is very smooth all around, so it is very drinkable. You also get a lot of of it for the price so the value is excellent as well as the taste.It is very smooth and you could tell that the qualities is there because itâs from a reputable seller, I would definitely recommend this brand to anybody to try, especially if they like dark roasts or grinding your own beans and making an espresso the old-fashioned way.5/5.

So Far, Better Than Allergro’s Organic French Roast
It tastes pretty good. The reasons it gets four instead of five stars are:1. In addition to organic, I do not understand why Whole Foods doesn’t carry coffee that is bird safe and shade grown. It’s greed, and nothing more. We are wiping out too many birds with our desire for coffee, yet when the original canopy is left, the coffee tastes better!2. It’s too expensive. The price keeps going up and up. Enough, already!

Great taste, a nice dark roast coffee. Nice smooth, vanilla flavor. Appreciate that it is fair trade certified and organic. Price is reasonable. Would buy again.

Good flavor and love the organic option
This whole bean coffee is really yummy! I grind a small batch of beans each morning for my coffee pot, and these smelled great! I really liked the robust flavor of this coffee, and having an organic option is always nice too.
