Great coffee from WF
More bold than you would think. It’s nice because it combines with the chocolate pretty well. Very concentrated and fresh so I approve. My first time trying whole foods coffee and it is quality. Not too bad in pricing either, would recommend trying out

Organic CafÃ© la Duena Ground Coffee
This is my 3rd or 4th coffee from the Whole Foods Brand; out of the ones I have tried, this is the most bitter. It isn’t bitter in a bad way but it isn’t quite as smooth as the other flavors I’ve tried. It says it is chocolatey, which I didn’t taste at all. I know chocolate can be used to enhance flavors and this coffee is definitely bold. I do think it is a nice, bold flavor and you can tell it’s a medium roast as it’s not as rich as the dark. Overall, it’s not overly acidic, has a good flavor, and I enjoyed my cup of coffee.

Just Okay, Kind of Mid Range
This coffee is definitely medium roast. I usually prefer rich dark roast coffee but wanted to pick up a medium one to compare. I don’t count it against it but I did not care for it as much as I had hoped. It seems less flavorful than my usual blends. It is not as oily and is actually pretty dry looking. It didn’t have the strong coffee aroma either that I am used to.It does have an expiration date in just a few months so it could be that it was roasted quite a while ago. I wish they put a roasting date as well. It isn’t bad necessarily but it lacks the complexity and body of the blends I am used to. To me it is on par with the regular coffee brands you see at big box stores and not organic premium coffee.

Good Flavored Coffee
This organic coffee has is a good flavored medium roast. I typically like flavored coffees unless they are too overpowering and this one was not too overpowering. My only complaint is it is a bit on the pricey side.

This is a strong coffee
Itâs strong but doesnât hurt my stomach. I guess itâs not very acidic.
