Love the coffee but durability is concerning
This spinning technology and the bloom feature definitely brings out the best flavor even using cheap coffee. The small size is great as it fits in the same limited space as my old coffee maker. The reservoir has a good-sized opening so it’s easy to fill. I don’t use the timer or the heated plate so I can’t speak to those. It’s sleek and nice looking, however the entire thing, including the carafe, is very light and appears cheaply made, especially the buttons. In fact, it’s so light you have to hold it in place while you push the buttons or it slides across the counter. Like everything else these days, I suspect it won’t last too long compared to my old work horse that made it 8 years. Hopefully I can get a couple of years of very light use out of this before something breaks because I really love the coffee!

Makes great coffee
Was originally worried about the pre soaking working well, but the coffee is great and I can tell the difference.Makes coffee as well as the old machine it replaced that cost twice as much with pre soaking and certification.Will buy again when this one wears out, as it has more functionality making it better value.Also makes a normal sized carafe of coffee so great for the morning caffeine start.

Makes very good coffee. The spinning head really throws water across the beans. It’s very well designed except for the buttons. On first press, the fell inwards. It’s like a really cheap plastic toy button, but if you press hard enough it still works. The brew button feels good. One issue is the unit remains wet well after your coffee is done, the lid is flat smooth plastic so water just hangs from it. No matter what, every time you open the lid water will be dripping everywhere. But…. It is a nice coffee. The spinning head and pre bloom feature is a must have.Update: The seller contacted me wanting to make it right. They are aware of the button issue and offered me a replacement. I declined as the coffee maker does work. They were still wanted to help so they offered a refund. Excellent customer service as they were quick to respond in a friendly sincere manner. This kind of seller is rare, thank you guys.This is a very good coffee maker, I highly suggest giving it a chance. The rotating shower head is more than a gimmick. It’s entertaining and makes a great coffee.
