The best and hassle free clean up ever!
The tea pot / kettle is great for heating water and making tea, it is as easy as dropping it the tea bag / bags and pushing down lever style switch. You donât have to worry about leaving it sit for awhile to get the strongest flavor/ taste out of the bag / bags because, the hanging filtered column is centered and suspended allowing the well heated water to move in and out of the tea bags. Itâs has the smallest preparation for the flow of water, that even those large family/ gallon sized tea bags (that always seem to come with tea dust all over them) have plenty of room inside of it and if the bag busted the suspended filter column will keep the smallest tea grounds from entering the the rest of the pot as well as the dust on bag. No pre-rinsing tea baâs required! Clean up is as easy as a turn of the top and lifting the centered column style basket out, dumping it into the trash, and good rinsing, the same if the bag busted or if you are using individual tea leaves, such as dried soursop leaves. The suspended center column style basket doesnât allow the tea leaves to be scorched.Iâm petty sure it does the same for coffeeâs as well.

Excellent Find!
I have been enjoying my loc journey for five years. I noticed that my locs were extra dry and was shedding. I learned that herbal rinsing my locs could be beneficial in conditioning my locs and healing my scalp. I purchased this item to steep the herbal tea for my locs. This product allowed me to heat/boil water quickly to steep the leaves for my herbal rinse. It was easy to use. Easy to clean and worked like a charm. Looks great but this watched kettle doesn’t feel that fast
I love the look of this clear kettle, which is especially appealing when the blueish light works. Unfortunately the light stopped working after about 10 months. It hasn’t affected the boil function or the automatic off switch, so I’m not changing it. I’ve not done a side-by-side comparison with other kettles, but it seems a lengthy wait for the max of 1,750 ml water to boil.

Would be a really great kettle, except that it sometimes boils over leading to leakage/spillage
Got this kettle ~4 months ago, and use it occasionally (~30 uses so far), and there has now been 3 times so far that water has been boiling over so that the liquid seeps out from the top and causes a spill on and around the heating component. This is quite concerning considering its leaking boiling water on an electrical device. I am writing this review a few minutes after the 3rd instance of spilling. I was only boiling 750 mL of water whereas the max fill indicated by the kettle is 1750 mL, so there should be no risk of this happening.This kettle would otherwise be a 5 star rating, but these 3 instances of boiling over are quite concerning in terms of both functionality and safety.Edit: I used it again the next day, and it has boiled over once again. Ended up burning my hand trying to grab the kettle before it boiled over.

Works great and has a nice light to it. The automatic shutoff works well, and I can turn it on and off to reheat easily. Very easy to clean.

Great teapot-not super loud
My husband says he has one of these in his office, so we got one for our home. It is a large kettle. The nice part is that it isn’t terribly loud as the water is boiling. Our last one was so loud we had to turn up the TV.

It does say 120V in the info but not always noticed as why would we on Amazon.co.uk most would assume all electrical items sold by amazon in the UK would be 230V. If it said that at the top ” Not Suitable for UK Power supply” i would not have bought it!
