Great Machine-Saves Time. Good Product Support. Ignore Dolts Who Don’t Understand Machinery.
Prior to the acquisition of this machine, we did our sealing–slowly– by hand. Very unsatisfactory. I saw this machine in operation in WuHan in October of 2019 at a factory where we do business, and remembered it. Six months later I had them send me the make/model information, and send me a video of the device in operation. The most difficult thing was to get a clear answer as to whether this would work for the kind of packaging we were using. I never did get an answer from anyone– not from the manufacturer, not from the people who supplied our packaging –no one knew. Fine, I thought it would work, bought it, and boom. Step up was instant. We’ve been using ours more than half a year without a hitch. it came with the relevant spare parts, none of which we’ve needed so far. It’s much faster than the other system we used.I find it hilarious how Chinese this machine is (in design). Some (many?) wouldn’t notice, but we’ve spent many years in China, and this machine, it is clear to us, is a product of Chinese design. Anyone who thinks industrial equipment is the same everywhere just hasn’t experienced the differences. German engineers, trying to accomplish the same task, would come up with an entirely different system. Maybe better, maybe not, but assuredly 1) more complicated and 2) more expensive. That’s not a dis– we like our German stuff. And it’s not a dis to this machine– this is a dirt-simple task, and does not require anything more complicated or more expensive. We’re very pleased with this machine, and I have plans, when travel is possible again, to visit the factory where this was made to talk to the people who designed and made it, just for fun, and because I can.I would not recommend this to any outfit that doesn’t have at least one person with a decent mechanical aptitude. Making adjustments might not be as clear to people who don’t understand machinery. To people who do, the design of this will appeal. One motor (very well designed motor) runs everything. It’s very efficient.And again, it works **really** well. Last year we had record sales, and this year, sales are up even more (so far) so I expect we’ll use it even more. It’s likely that we’ll need to add another to our production area in the next year or two and we’ll be looking at another of the same.

Received non-functional machine
I had such high hopes…. When I received the machine the box was destroyed, there were multiple holes big enough to put a fist through and the internal styrofoam packaging was similarly broken. Once unboxed the machine failed to power up. I am returning due to non function and was forced to pay $65 to repack the machine in a new box because the old one was so badly damaged. I am incredibly disappointed.

Works great! Good value for an entry level continuous sealer.
The shipping was timely and when it arrived I was impressed with how well it was boxed up. I could see great care was taken in reinforcing the box from the outside.When I removed the sealer from the box, I could hear things rattling and moving around on the inside of the machine. I took the cover off and found two screws from the electrical terminal loose within the machine and one of the bracket clips that hold the thermostat secure was not on (one side of the thermostat was loose). For this reason I did not give it 5 stars. I fixed these items and gave the continuous band sealer a good inspection inside and out. Everything else checked out good. I would have done a complete inspection anyway because of some of the reviews I read.I had to turn the machine to the vertical position for my coffee bag sealing application. Direction are somewhat vague so I jumped on YouTube for help. Found a video that showed the just of doing turning it to the vertical position; however, my machine is a little different in some respects so I had to figure out some things on my own. Not hard… just takes a little mechanical reasoning.Now for the bread and butter of the machine. It works great! It has improved our processing time by hours. We hand sealed all our bags before this machine. Iâm still making small adjustments and Iâm confident to have it dialed in by the next couple of runs.For the price it is a great buy. My suggestion to those who buy this machine, look it over real good to make sure everything is in place and tight. My expectations where not high on the how the machine would arrive and work… Iâm impressed so far; nevertheless, I would buy another one if I needed too add another. This is easy to use once you learn the ins and outs of it and easy to work-on if needed. Remember, this is a low price for a machine that cost more in other places. Itâs a good value for a continuous sealer on the entry level scale. Iâm impressed!

Kind of worked
Poorly written instructions and not easy to fix. After 20 or so bags the pulley wheels began to turn sidebars and it caused the Teflon bands fo roll off of the wheels. Cheaply made. Stick with the simple arm clamping heat sealers. They work much better

Machine works for sealing
Wish it it could be extender to be higher but that would increase the price. For the price it works great.

Made extremely cheap and breaks constantly
So this is the second one that I had. You get what you pay for. It does work but after only a couple of weeks or maybe a month of use it started making smoke because the internal fan stopped working. I had exchanged this one due to a defective one that I had previously. The previous version it stopped making heat for sealing after about three weeks. I have not been able to find a US made one anywhere near this price point.
