STOPPED WORKING/REVIEW UPDATE 10/1/24
Review update 10/1/24:I contacted Chef Preserve via email since my return window from Amazon expired and let them know the issue I was experiencing below after only 3 months of use. All they asked for was an order number and if possible a short video of the issue which I thought was perfectly fine. As soon as I provided both they sent me a brand new device and a $10 coupon for bags. I have to say I’m pleased with the customer service which isn’t always the case and I am pleased with receiving a new device because I thought it originally worked great and was much easier to use and more accessible than always taking out a bulky food saver! This thing really does suck the air completely out! Also very pleased to see that on their website they are offering bigger bags for bigger storage purposes! That’s a definitely plus! I will be changing my star rating to 5 as soon as I get my new device and it proves to last a good period of time! Once again I’m very pleased with the customer service and their response time! This product is definitely worth the money as long as it works longer than it did for me. Hopefully I got a lemon the first time around which does occur but at least they made it right!Bought this item just under 3 months ago and went to use it today and it just doesn’t turn on. It completely stopped working out of nowhere! I thought it was cool and sealed nicely but now it won’t turn on at all even after hours of trying to recharge it. I can’t even return it either because it’s past the window and there’s goes $100!

Great kitchen tool and fun to use
Used to have one of those much bigger old school models of vacuum devices for kitchens. It died a while back plus the bags came on a roll and were not reusable.This device is incredible. Very small, hand size use, and easy to store. Super enjoyable to seal up a leftover and see it rapidly suck all the air out of the bag. Bags are reusable and have tight seals. Easy to clean. (I just squirt a bit of dish soap inside, seal the open edge, and let sit on the counter for a few hours. Later just rinse them out and hang to dry.I have used this device for things going in the freezer and the refrigerator. Maintains the airtight seal. Have been using it for several weeks now and haven’t had to recharge it yet. Stands on a little cup like holder. Well designed and high level of function. Would definitely recommend.

Easy Peasy and Functional
Even though the old food storage machine I once owned was big and bulky, I often found myself looking at them in the stores. Then I would remind myself that I don’t have the room for it and walk away. When I saw the Chef Reserve Vacuum Sealer I knew I had to try it. I honestly didn’t have high hopes. I mean how effective can a vacuum sealer the size of a wooden pepper shaker be? Well, I found out. Not only is is VERY effective, it’s so easy to use. Once it’s charged there are no cords to worry about, making it easy to just leave on the countertop or store in a kitchen cabinet. The reusable bags ‘SEAL’ the deal for me. This is a great kitchen item . I have used another food saver beforeâ¦.this one is very compact , easy to use and takes up very little storage space. You have to be careful not to have any liquids near the area that removes the air and vacuum seals. I guess my only negative comment is the bags are quite expensive. They are reusable, but I donât see myself probably doing that.

J’aime beaucoup ce produit , par contre très décue concernant les sacs qu’on peut réutiliser après avoir été laver au lave vaisselle. Ce n’est PAS VRAI il ne peuvent pas être réutiliser car lorsqu’on vient pour les emballer il ne se ferme plus et sous vide IMPOSSIBLE DE LE FAIRE. Alors il serait bon d’arrêter de dire cela car déjà les sacs sont dispendieux. C’est regrettable mais vous nous demander de rédigez un commentaire alors voici le mien. J’espère qu’il va paraître sur les commentaires. Mais comme je vous dit l’article est parfait.
