Pretty Impressive Machine
I used this last night to vacuum sealer some homemade bacon. The process was simple and easy to understand. The HL020-WX handled the job quickly, I was very impressed. We will see how it does tomorrow as I vacuum seal some brisket!

Bags work great
I have been buying food in bulk, portioning sizes and freezing for years. Vacuuming assures little waste, sustained freshness and elimination of freezer burn. These bags are every bit as good as the name brand and cost less. Iâm starting to use sous vide as a cooking method and these have worked great. I will definitely buy again.
