Love recharging instead of putting in new batteries
I had a set that were “regular” battery operated. I got these so I could put flavored salts in their own grinders. These work like champs. And since the top is black and the original pair I have is silver, it’s obviouis that these are the flavored / seasoned salt vs regular sea salt or pepptercorns.

Really awesome product
When they arrived, I actually chastised myself for buying such a lame item. Wow did I change my mind after I used them. I am full-fledged in love with these. They work great, easy and so useful. I liked them so much I have sent a set to my best friend & plan to send them as gifts again to other people. I highly recommend these.

Great Product
These work great. My wife and daughter laughed when they saw them, especially when I hooked up the USB-C cable to charge them. Once i filled them and put them out however they saw how well they worked. Turning on automatically when tipped over is a neat feature although it seems to catch some people by surprise the first time. 😉 I recommend this product.

Easy to use, not easy to adjust.
I’ve had similar, battery-powered grinders before (so similar, the acrylic parts are interchangeable). It’s really convenient to be able to grind pepper as easily as using a pepper shaker. The charger is conveniently located and seems to hold its charge for quite a long time. The switch seems to only be for accidental spillage rather than maintaining battery life, which is usually not a problem anyway, so I leave mine on. The light is helpful for getting a better visual on how much pepper you’re using.Minor nitpicks:1) There’s no indication of which way to adjust for coarser pepper; the instruction manual says “turn it the coarser way to make it coarser”. It’s not labelled. There’s a picture in the amazon page, but both fine and course are listed as counter-clockwise.2) I’m not a fan of using these electric grinders for salt, as moisture tends to accumulate at the top after a few months, and it just becomes a mess.3) You sometimes have to shake it while grinding to get the peppercorns into the grinder.

The product works but it makes such a mess that you can’t keep them in a closet or on a counter. I recommend getting one with a dust cover

cheaper clones of popular grinder set, but works great for the money.
The photos in the listing are an accurate representation of what I received. These are clones of another popular brand of salt and pepper shakers. They are slightly smaller and lighter than the real ones but also half the price (I forget the original brand). That being said, They look good they work well. The grinders both seem quite strong which is especially important for pepper. Many pepper grinders will jam up in this price range where as this one does not. I have refilled both units without having to recharge them so the battery life is more than enough. good set for 25$ which is the current price at the time of this review.
