pretty basic function for the price
The product is nicely designed. I wish it had a temperature selector where one can select the temperature that they prefer. I found that the warmer raises the temp to approximately 130 degrees which is quite hot for my taste. Additionally, when the cup is at the halfway mark, the liquid seems hotter. I found myself taking the mug off the warmer and putting it on the table in order to let it cool off a bit.Definitely consider a warmer that allows you to adjust the temperature unless you like really hot beverages.

Versatile and works great!
This is a nice mug to begin with, even without the heating function. Comfortable design, quality materials and craftsmanship, and beautiful finish. It keeps your beverage very warm, as long as it’s returned to the base when not using. The base uses wireless technology to cause an element encased in the bottom of the mug itself to warm when placed on the base. What I didn’t realize initially, was the base can also detect other devices when placed on top, and can also be used for wireless charging. I keep the base on my desk, and when I’m not using it for keeping my beverage warm, I often set my phone on it to charge, which makes this even more versatile and practical than just maintaining temperature. I’ve been very happy with this mug in both form and function, and would certainly recommend.

Great mug keeps hot!
Great mug and looks amazing. Fits very well into all the other mugs we have and almost would never know it had any tech under it to keep things warm.The base does have an auto shut off after so long of no movement which is nice. The coffee stayed very warm and perfect to drink.Only two minor issues.There are no settings for heat. It just is one setting of heat and you have to be happy with the heat (however its not scolding hot, its perfect)The other minor thing I noticed is that other mugs of similar or exact same price are able to heat off base for a duration without needing it (battery) and have settings for how the temperature is kept.Over all – this was something i didn’t know we needed but will be getting more of this mug or similar. Its not a bad price by any means.

Super high quality, elegant, really works!
This mug is seriously impressive. The design is sleek, sturdy, and the deep navy color gives it an elegant, refined look. The self-heating feature actually does what it promisesâkeeps my coffee or tea at a perfect temperature (for me). It does have a auto-shutoff that’s not mentioned in the manual which is comforting in case I leave a cup on and leave the house. If youâre looking for something reliable and well-made, this is it.

Mug warmer
This is my second time purchasing this mug. This version is more current and works far better than the first. This will keep your coffee warm until the last sip is left. I absolutely love it!

Really nicely designed; a beautiful glaze, and shape of the cup and the ‘water-formed stone’ shape of the base is really pleasing. A gift for my wife- she loves it. Very high quality workmanship. And after your cuppa, charge up that phone- so very conveniently; has a permanent spot on her worktable.
