Soothing and helpful
I like the ritual of making the tea and drinking it, preparing for bedtime. It tastes good and helps me sleep. I have found that I need to supplement it with an extended release melatonin pill or use two teabags. Maybe a stronger dose could be available? It starts getting expensive to use two.

Each tea bag is wrapped in plastic
Not happy about packaging and that is product cannot be returned.Purchased a similar Twining product and 18 individual tea bags in a box not individually wrapped in plastic. Trying to reduce plastic exposure and especially donât want my tea wrapped in plastic.
