Love these mugs!
I’m so happy to find a 20oz mug. I like to make large mugs of coffee and rarely have enough room for milk. This does the trick, and they are so beautiful! I send my DSD and DDIL each one with other designs for Valentines Day. Super nice, well made, and love the extra room!

Finally a decent sized cup of coffee in the morning!
These cups are 20 oz. and your coffee isn’t gone after a few sips. I linger with my coffee while surfing the net or reading a book – and it’s so nice to not run out for a refill after 20 minutes or so. The cup is very sturdy and holds the heat for a long time. Very easy to hold – solid handle.

Lasted 1.5 months before self destructing.
I bought this mug for my wife this past Christmas. She prefers the bigger mugs for one cup of tea each morning and this seemed to fit the bill perfectly. Upon opening, she noticed there was a chip on the handle. The chip appeared to have happened before glazing because it was smooth to the touch and had a uniform gloss coating. Unfortunately, she decided it didn’t bother her enough to justify the hassle of returning it to Amazon. Fast forward another month and a half. After putting the mug in the dishwasher for the 3rd or 4th time (she prefers to hand wash mugs most of the time), the design on the mug surface began to peel off. The mug was on the top rack of the dishwasher which was run on a normal wash cycle. Obviously, the mug still works, it just looks junky now.

The handle is large enough to support 3 large fingers for support
My wife broke her last favorite coffee mug so I got her this one. As she is an artist, this one at least looked interesting and the handle should be large enough to support more than 1 or 2 fingers, since this is a large mug, and it does. I got beefy hands and I can use my inner 3 fingers to hold it up, so all things considered, she now enjoys this one as her new favorite.

I love it, but…
They’re beautiful. And they’ve been getting used…but not excessively, not mistreated. Regular use, amid two dozen other mugs. And…..the finish is coming off, in flakes. I haven’t had them for quite a year, and I handwash. I don’t want to say *bad* about them, because I LIKE the mugs. They’re nice and big, they’re pretty, exactly as pictured….and the finish is coming off. I don’t know what to do. At this point, it’s not like I can *return* them….but I have mugs that I’ve had for 10+ years….and the finish is FINE on them.

Very nice mug. Contrary to another review
Very nice mug. Contrary to another review, this measures at 20 ounces (I filled it to the rim then poured it into my 20 ounce measuring cup, which overflowed) and balances the same as any other mug(!). It is very solid, so not lightweight, and I appreciate that. I may well buy another. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because it might be a tad on the expensive side. Depending on how it lasts after some washes, maybe I’ll revisit this.

Heavy Cup But Good Looking.
It you want a “He-Man” cup(s) of coffee then this serves the bill. I don’t like wimpy cups so I ordered these. Holding 20oz of coffee almost requires two hands to hold cup but I love them anyways.

Large handle, well-balanced mug
Large handle which was important to me as I have big hands. Holds 3-4 cups of coffee. The finish is coming off after about 3 months of daily use, but I don’t mind. Ordered two more.

Was a special gift, but transfer cones off in pieces as soon as washed. Believed it was a quality handmade item. Just a shiny white mug with a transfer that comes away in bits. Disappointed.
