This is a nice product but lighter included doesnât work.
This is a very nice looking cigar case and the lighter looks very nice as well. The only issue is that the lighter doesnât hold a flame, it just sparks and goes out. We have been unable to light anything. I havenât found a way to reach out to customer support for a replacement lighter.

Humidity or sealing issues
Received two. Neither got over 55% humidity. Had 72% humidity packs in them for over a week with little to no change. Itâs a shame because itâs one of the nicest Iâve come across in my group of friends. Itâs a great size and a great color and quality. I considered keeping it just for travel or super short term portability. But Iâll find one that works better.

Broken
I think Amazon drop the box which cracked the glass. But overall, really solid box. Seems to have good seal. Looks are 10 out of 10! I am returning it and they are shipping a new one free of charge. Definitely recommend!

high-quality humidor
Excellent product, high-quality hydrometer, very well-finished (premium) humidor, top-quality materials, durable, strong, elegant, functional, very high-quality lighter, including a cutter. Delivery was super fast, and the delivery packaging was highly secure. I am very pleased with this humidor for my cigars.

Travel humidor
Love this travel humidor. Itâs sturdy. The seal is great and it looks fantastic. It definitely stands out above your typical abs travel humidor. The lighter is pretty neat too. Ergonomic and bougie. I have 6 toro sized cigars in it. One is at an angle because the lighter takes up some space while inside but not a big deal. So easy to grab on the way out. This humidor would be great for a weekend getaway and will keep cigars in perfect condition for many days

Great travel humidor.
Very solid case, beautiful looking wood grained embossed plastic, thick and heavy. The lighter is perfectly fine, not high end, but versatile for a travel pack, has a built in notch cutter, one less thing to carry when traveling. Like I said, the lighter is perfectly fine, would not be my primary torch, but at the price point it is more than expected. Case is solid, laches are decent. Feels nice and solid. I don’t use the included dehumidifier, I always count on Boveda 65 packs, I threw 2 in to get it charged and with in 48 hours it was at 65% humidity. The hydrometer in the lid read the same as my little digital one I put inside, so it’s accurate. Came well packed and a nice drawstring bag for added protection. Very nice unit at this price point.
