Does the job right. Made lots of matcha latte using this matcha tea set. Gets the clumps and bitterness out of the powder to get smooth texture and great taste.

Beautiful, but a part arrived moldy
The set is beautiful! The whisk comes in a nice hard plastic case that could be used for display. The ceramic whisk holder was pristine with no paint defects or chips. The whisk itself did not have any defects either. The only downside I had had with the set is that the large scoop arrived moldy. -1â I’ll just be tossing the moldy piece and keeping the rest of the set.

Works and good price
No complaints about the whisk, just make sure you soak it in hot water before use each time. I appreciate the pouch it came in

Bamboo is twisted together- doesn’t improve despite multiple soakings
The bamboo isn’t the best quality. The tines are pretty thin, but standard quality at this price point. My main issue is the center of the whisk which should unfurl after soaking/curing in water. My initial soak was for over 30 minutes because the center would not open up. The bamboo was tightly twisted together so there is no way to get the center tines to release unless you manually pull them apart, but they will close in on themselves again once the whisk is dried. I bought 2 whisks in this purchase and am returning both. I purchased this item because of its attractive price point, but can’t use the whisk properly (it will not produce the proper microfoam for your matcha) so sadly they both go back.

Breaks within first use.
Upon first Glace not a bad whisk. But for the entire first use lost 2 pieces of the whisk. Other than that love the smooth and blend able whisk. Definitely helps with consistency for matcha of any kind.

Game changer!
Who knew I was making matcha wrong this whole time?? I always got frustrated with the clumps of powder in my drink but this has taken care of that issue entirely! And I feel kinda fancy using the little whisk to make my drink it the morning. My friend ordered a different one from Amazon and said after a few uses the bamboo prongs started getting misshapen. Iâve used this one at least 50 times and itâs holding up great!
