Love the size of this tray, as well as.. the ” Dovetail ” corners and convenience of the handles. There was a sticky label on the top.. but removable with soap and warm water. Very practical and well made tray. Bamboo , will last longer than most of the usual wooden trays ,out there. Very pleased with this purchase . Have the cutlery divider from this line.. also excellent !

I love this tray, it’s large which is great because I’m using it as a serving surface on my leather ottoman. The reason I’m not giving it a 5 is because I think the seams on the insides could have been done better but I still recommend it. One more thing I’d add is that the tray hasn’t shown any signs of spinsters like some other bamboo products sometimes do, surface after about a year of purchase.

Useful, good style & good quality!
I bought one of these Totally Bamboo trays about 15 years ago. It’s very useful and good quality. After 15 years of everyday use, it was time for a new tray. The new tray looks great! I think it should last a very long time.

I know from whence I speak: but this tray, um, now
I have been trying to find a serving tray approximately 20″ x 14″ for some time. I have gone through several serving trays in my search. I have an awesome bamboo cutting board, and somehow I totally forgot about the wonderment of bamboo. I purchased and returned several other trays, each purchased only after diligent research. I have put many hours into this. One of the primary concerns of a tray is that it the food-safe. Inevitably you will drop food on a tray and probably put it in your mouth. You have OCD would never do such a thing? How about you kids? How about your sick-ones? How about your elderly parents? You think they care? Most of us are not perfect. It is my opinion that disease is not necessarily only genetic as we are told by “them.” And many other diseases. The way I see it everything that we can do in a small way to remove causation builds to a larger picture wherein we are much less likely, at least hopefully and hypothetically, to not become diseased. Yes we all die. We don’t need to however suffer before we die, at least minimalize it. Also with all the other serving trays, the best of the rustic, made of wood, one drop of oil and they are ruined. This tray is made of bamboo, though it has some sort of light coating, not too thick, not too shiny, just enough, where you can drop oil on it, for instance, and no stains: What a concept! A serving tray that inevitably pieces of lettuce and beef stew and whatever that inevitably are going to fall on the tray ruining it. Most of these things have oil, and don’t forget about your marinara sauce. This tray is light, attractive, modern looking, old-fashioned looking, everything. Nobody paid me for this. I don’t get paid for opinions. If I want to give an opinion I do, if I don’t I won’t, my soul is not for sale. This is the tray you want. This company is also as per my research top-notch. Feed good companies, starve the bad ones. It’s called capitalism. I believe in capitalism. It works.

First to the comments:1. Agreed. The sticker doesn’t belong there. However, it does not present an enormous challenge to remove.2. Fit and finish: Mine came perfect..This is a very large tray. APPRECIATE THE DIMENSIONS before ordering. For those who don’t have other things made of bamboo, it is an incredibly strong, moisture resistant and durable material – disproportionate to its weight. Here in South Beach many people have bamboo flooring. This tray should hold lots of heavy dishes, glasses, whatever. It will last a very long time.The design is quite nice with two contrasting pieces at each exterior corner, parallel to the bottom. The generous angle of the sides allows you to carry the tray without its contents getting in the way of the handles. The handle holes start about 3/4 of an inch from the bottom – if you spill stuff (I am Mr. Butterfingers) it will be contained below the handles. Overall this has a very solid feel to it without being excessively heavy.The tray is extremely easy to clean. Wipe with a damp cloth. The bamboo slats are completely level to each other with no gaps. Indeed, I might have preferred that it not be so perfectly finished in order to highlight the bamboo but then it would have been harder to clean.I wish that I had the butler to go with the tray but you cannot have everything.

PERFECT COMBO OF FORM AND FUNCTION
Construction is solid. Fit and finish is perfect. Wood joints are tight and strong. All edges are rounded off; makes the handles very comfortable in your hands as well as visually pleasing. I was drawn to it when I was shopping for its large area, it’s very functional for how much it can carry. I have found the handles well designed, gives you a sturdy grip and just provides a very balanced control of the items you’re carrying; a real plus I hadn’t anticipated. Smooth sealed finish is easy to keep clean. I can hang it on the wall in the kitchen as it has a pleasing aesthetic. You definitely get your money’s worth with this item. You will not be disappointed.

Good, well made serving tray
This serving tray is well made. Itâs heavy and seems ver durable. I take a lot of heavy items to my griddle and grill to cook and their tray seems to be able to hold the stuff nicely. Doesnât feel like itâs going to give from the weight. The size is large, which is also a plus. I would say this serving tray was worth the cost. So far, I really like it and highly recommend.
