It was okay. I didnât use the bathroom much at all for the first few days and the taste is good but I donât really see the effect in it.

Makes me go to the bathroom
Helping me to have regular BMs. It took a few days to start working for me but I have severe constipation. It gives me some gas. I’m going to keep drinking nightly. My belly is flatter after a week.

Great taste!
I’m on my 5th day â¤ï¸I did have some cramps on day one, then I have no problems with this tea. I wasn’t sure if I need to continue to drink it or not but base on reviews it looks like some people being on it for a while.I will do some research on my own.Also if anyone can help that would be great.It’s kind of high money wise.$20.00 bucks for 20 packages of tea â just saying.Love it!
