J love this product, it’s used in my home everyday. It’s perfect size for the one cup of tea that’s made every morning. After using for a few weeks, I can say I’m disappointed that the paint looks to be chipping off the lid. At first it was just the bottom of the tea pot which I was okay with because it’s in contact with the hot stove, but the lid getting paint chips surprised me. Also, you’ll want to wash and dry this immediately because rust will end up where the lid, strainer and tea pot meet. Overall I enjoy this product and will use it until I can’t no more.

This teapot is very beautiful and easy to use. Lightweight for the material. Large infuser. Unfortunately, does not keep liquids hot for very long. At most, five minutes.

I opened the box and lifted the teapot out and a huge smile was put on my face. It is so adorable. Exactly what I was looking for. It’s heavy as cast iron is naturally, so make sure you understand how to clean it and dry it. Prone to rust just like any of the cast iron pans that our mothers and grandmothers have used for years. This is something you pass down to children and never goes to the dump. Beautiful, adorable and so cute. Very small makes about 10-12 oz. Nostalgia.
