Outer coating is flaking off on the handle of 1 out of 4 mugs.
I loved the pattern so much that when the first set of two mugs arrived I ordered two more. Within a short time the black coating on the handle of one of the mugs began to flake off. I inspected the remaining three and found no damage. I have no way of contacting the company so Iâm forced to return one set of two unless they see this review and contact me with a resolution. I still give 4 stars because these mugs are beautiful and this is probably a one in a thousand malfunctions.

A Keeper!
Initially purchased this as a potential stocking stuffer for my daughter, but ended up loving it so much it wound up in my pile instead. Don’t worry I purchased another for my girl, but I fell in love with the box and mug all at once.The mug has just the right weight to it so I don’t feel like I am drinking my coffee or tea from a dixie cup, and has held up to my daily usage. I even converted the box into a pencil holder for my desk.

This is my favorite cup of all time!
I love this cup. Itâs the perfect size for my Nespresso and froth milk in the morning. I accidentally broke one and had to purchase immediately. I love these cups I will definitely buy more!

Paint color is chipping
I had another pattern by this company and loved it (until my husband dropped it). I bought the black floral one to replace it – same size and style.1. Love the design2. Love how much it holds (ounces of liquid)3. Fits in my cup holder.Unfortunately, it’s now 7 weeks later and out of the return window. This cup has probably been washed 10 times. As the photo shows, the color is coming off where the handle attaches. It has a very rough texture as well. I believe this is a manufacturing flaw, but I have no return option now which is a bummer.I’d give it 5 stars if this flaw hadn’t surfaced.
