Fast, precise grinding
I upgraded to this hand grinder from a Hario, that gave inconsistent grind size and felt fragile while grinding, in addition to being slow (it would take me about 75 seconds to grind my 14gr standard dose to almost-espresso grind for my single-cup Aeropress brew).This hand grinder is a HUGE step up. Precision-made burr, metal shaft, nice hand feel while it grinds. Very precise grind size, and it’s QUICK. The burr takes care of my standard dose in 15-20 seconds now, which astounds me (and makes me wish it was slower, because grinding feels so cool).This was an investment in happiness in everyday use. Absolutely recommend it.

Simplify Coffee Making
I’ve been using this grinder for almost a year now for my morning coffee routine. I switched to a french press around that time as well just to simplify the process of making my coffee. No filters, coffee makers, machines… just beans, a grinder, and a french press. I’ve been really happy with the quality of the coffee from this grinder. I haven’t really had to adjust the coarseness of the grind once I got the initial settings down.

Excellent compact hand grinder for sub $100. The knurled case is a nice feature and immensely helpful for gripping while grinding and adjusting grind size. Long handle makes it easy to grind too. A carry pouch is a nice touch.On the down side, the marking for grind settings will get obscured with coffee dust in use. Also, unsure of the long term durability compared to higher priced units, especially those from Germany or US.All in all a good second grinder, or for travel and as an intro grinder without breaking the bank.

I have been using the coffee grinder for a year. On average, I would grind 2 to 3 times per day. I use it in conjunction with Aeropress. It has produced consistent grinds for a year. The burr has stayed sharp. The handle fits as tight as it did the day I first started with it. Regardless of brand of whole bean or the roast, the grind has lived up to my expectations. I initially thought I would give up on grinding manually, but in the time it takes to boil the water, I have the grounds and aeropress ready. It has been a great product for me. I do put a drop or two of water after adding beans to keep the static down (typical when grinding beans and no fault of the grinder) and the ground coffee comes out perfectly.
