Great gift idea
Probably the best photo mug I’ve found. Easy to use and change pictures and so far its held up while washing it (water hasn’t reached the picture). It’s a perfect gift for anyone.

Not that insulated
My wife loves having a sentimental photo inside. But complains that it doesn’t keep her tea hot any better than a ceramic or glass mug.And at this price I wouldn’t really expect a vacuum mug. The stainless steel is nice. So I give it 4 stars.

Nice Mug – BUT!!!
Gift for my wife. She initially loved it until she tried to use it for a travel mug (original intent). This product is evidence that people who design products should live with them. The travel lid is so “shallow” that she can’t drink out of it without smashing her nose/spilling The issue is big enough that it kills the original intent as a travel mug and it has been relegated to at-home use (shrug). I had to go buy another mug with a different travel lid so she could have her coffee to go.

The pictures were easy to slip in and it fit two regular sized …
I purchased this for my dad for Christmas and put pictures of his dog in it. My family got a kick out of it! The pictures were easy to slip in and it fit two regular sized photos for me. He has washed it (hand washed) and everything is fine. However, I got this for a kind of fun gift and it went over well, but it maybe strange with a serious picture in it.

Perfect replacement for cracked plastic mug.
Replaced an all plastic mug from our sonâs preschool that had cracked, and the photos were an exact fit. Was super easy to get it set up.

Leaks fix with plummers tape.
Like many others here, I have experienced leaks in the cup. It is brand new. I have nor even drank from it yet. I checked for leaks when washing it for the first time. I ensured the seal was in place properly as well. Same results. Water in the picture area. There is a simple solution. I wrapped the threaded area with plummers tape and retested. No leaks. Will probably have to change out the tape every so ofter or when I change the picture. I will comment further if problem returns. FYI you can get plummers tape for under a $1 per roll if you buy in quantity. (here on Amazon) or your local hardware store probably carries it. I already has several rolls on hand so it was not an issue for me. Hope this helps.

Travel Mug one of my favorites
Every year since my grandson was born in 2009 I get one of these for Christmas. My son-in-law chooses the best pictures taken each year of me and my grandson and puts them in this mug. When I travel I take it with me and enjoy having Michael along. It is a great personalized gift. Possibly for a couple’s first anniversary, best pics of them their first year together or for a college grad and the highlights or achievements of their four years. My favorite of course if a year of you and your grandchild/ren.
