Delicious coffee, transparent sourcing
This coffee is so good. I used to not care about the coffee I drank because coffee is coffee⦠right?⦠WRONG. After doing tons of research, I landed on this coffee. I can actually taste the difference. Even with just smelling the bag of beans, you can totally tell the difference. The traceability of the coffee beans is also amazing to know! Highly recommend!!

Balanced robust medium brew
The beans has that deep rich freshly roasted aroma. If fills up the kitchen. The brew is a robust medium with a slight acidity when consumed black, no sugar. It has a medium-light bitterness. I used Keurig with 8 oz of water. You can add cream to take smooth out the acidity and bitterness.

Watch this before buying!
Iâm really impressed with One Kafé Coffee. The fact that itâs single origin is a huge plus for meâI like knowing exactly where my coffee comes from and that itâs not blended or manipulated. Itâs also roasted in Texas, and you can really taste the freshness compared to other coffees Iâve tried. We compared it to another medium roast, and the difference was obvious. One Kafé smells rich, almost like chocolate, while the other smelled burnt and had a sharp, acidic taste. The beans also look much betterânicely roasted and consistent, not overdone. What I also love is that this brand supports the community, which makes me feel good about where my money is going. Overall, itâs great-tasting coffee with a purpose, and Iâll definitely be buying it again.

Great dark roast
I’m usually more of a medium roast fan but these are pretty good. The dark roast has a very pleasing aroma. The taste is a little bitter on a standard drip maker.I’ve gone and used this in my cold brew instead and that removed most of the bitter taste.Overall I still prefer my medium roasts but I’d be fine drinking this roast as well

Rich and aromatic
Really like this coffee! It’s balanced but not weak – has a nice strong aroma (good!) and brews well in both my espresso maker and drip coffee maker. A great daily drinker.

Good coffee
It’s good coffee.Nice flavor, packaging, checks all the boxes.Though it’s 70% more than my usual favorite locally roasted stuff. So, I’m not sure.

Good dark roast for someone who doesn’t really go for dark roast
I was really excited to try this coffee mostly because of the sustainability/ethics practices. I like that it’s single-origin and they work directly with farmers to provide a kind of farm-to-cup experience. I’ll be honest – I don’t usually go for dark roasts. I find them a little to bitter and chocolatey and lacking in some of the more citrusy notes that lighter roasts offer. With that being said, I really liked this cup of coffee! I brewed it in my Jura expresso machine as an Americano. The flavors are characteristic of a dark roast, as expected, but I enjoyed it! The beans smelled amazing – far better than other dark roasts I’ve tried. If you are a dark roast person, I’m certain you won’t be disappointed in this.
