Delicious velvety smooth our new favorite
We are trying to cut out pesticides and have made it a goal to try out small batch organic coffee. My order arrived quickly I purchased the Sauna Family blend. First thing I did was to sniff the bag. I was initially a bit concerned as the bag didn’t emit much scent, but once I opened it, the aroma was incredible. The beans were impeccably packed and sealed.Iâm not sure if it was because it was a drowsy winter Saturday morning or what. But these beans seem more fragrant than others, or perhaps just fresher. As I ground the beans, their fragrance filled the air rousing my sleepy husband. The flavor profile was super smooth with just a hint of the âcoffeeâ bitter it has a sweetness to it devoid of any bite or acidity. We steeped it in the french press and drank it without cream. This blend is medium bodied, delicious and is our new favorite. My husband couldn’t resist and he had 3 cups he later jokingly said that he was going to have to cut himself off.As I write this review, he’s in the garage replacing our hot water heater. And mentioned that after heâs finished he wanted to replace an exterior light thatâs been on the fritz. So it appears to be working well 🙂

Pleasantly surprisedâ¦
I was excited to try this coffee. I typically prefer darkâ bold roasts but wanted to try something new. Upon receiving it, I opened the bag and poured its contents into my Airscape container. Thatâs when I noticed a hole in the bottom of the bag which means the beans may not be fresh. Decided to grind some for my French press and was pleasantly surprised at the resulting brew; a perfectly balanced, smooth flavor. Impressed and love that this is single origin. Will definitely purchase again.

A nice flavor and a great company philosophy
This is a single-origin bean whose sale benefits the families that grow the coffee beans in Colombia. The taste is mild but not weak. Highly recommend.

Perfect Medium roast
Great quality coffee beans from an incredible source. My French press coffee was smooth and tasty. Perfect medium cup of coffee. Really nice flavors and balanced. Iâll be buying other types from this company now that Iâve had this one.

it’s ok
taste good and is smooth but doesn’t wow me, I would say if you’re looking for a good inexpensive coffee this would be for you. I’m just looking for something with boulder flavor, the brand I usually drink is just getting too expensive like everything else around here… So I’m looking for a cheaper replacement without lowering my standards. I would buy this again if I was trying to save money and wanted decent coffee.
