This is the best gift I gave to myself! I absolutely love and enjoy tasting all the different types of tea and picking a couple of new favorites. The teas are flavorful and also fragrant. Will definitely be ordering again. Treat yourself to some exceptional tea and enjoy!

Delightful Tea Sampler for Holiday Gift-Giving
I’m a sucker for Advent and “12 days of Christmas”-type calendars, especially tea samplers! I jumped for this one because I recognized The Republic of Tea brand from eateries I patronize and was drawn by an interesting assortment of flavors. I really like that there are two of each kind so that if there are two tea drinkers in a household they can sip together instead of doling out who gets what. This particular dozen speaks to the season with flavors that include Peppermint Chocolate, Pumpkin Spice, Sip and Be Merry, Pumpkin Pie Chai, Peppermint Bark, and Comfort and Joy. There is also my personal, all-time favorite, Ginger Peach; the traditional British Breakfast; and a few others. Those who monitor their caffeine intake may want to know that only Peppermint Bark is labeled caffeine-free and Peppermint Chocolate as low-caffeine. This sampler is bundled to resemble a box of candy in a rectangular cardboard holder decorated with images of red ornaments and green leaves. When you slide out the insert, it opens to a double size displaying pairs of individually packaged teas numbered 1-12. While I highly endorse this product for holiday gift-giving, I’ll also confess that I’ll be selfishly sipping my way through this one ahead of this year’s holidays.

great couples gift
Each day has two of the same tea bag so you can experience it with someone else. There are some caffeine free teas but the majority have caffeine. I kind of wish it was all caffeinated or all decaf. My partner and I like to drink tea before bed and with this we kind of have to plan when we want to drink it so we aren’t awake all night. In the grand scheme of things this is a minor annoyance but I feel like this could have been designed better. There’s a really good mix of flavors. It has a few of my favorites from The Republic of Tea as well as a few flavors I haven’t’ tried.

Lots of fun creative holiday flavors, pumpkin pie one is amazing.
I’m in love with these holiday teas that have a great aroma and an even more heavenly taste. My favorite so far was the chocolate peppermint tea which suggested adding a touch of milk to it, which I did, amazing. My second favorite was the pumpkin pie tea, so many delicious spices, definitely pumpkin pie. The best part is there are 2 of every flavor variety so I can enjoy them twice. So 12 different flavors, 2 of each, 24 tea bags total. Wonderful idea for 24 days of scrumptious flavors.

Nice presentation – but terrible tea
I saw this and thought it was going to be a cute gift for my girlfriend and I to share leading up to Christmas. Little did I know, the tea bags are very small and barely steep at all. I followed the instructions on the back of the packages and every time they came out tasting like water. My family all agreed when they tried my tea as well.

Good variety, not a good value
A few of my all-time favorite teas are from Republic of Tea, and this gift pack has a great variety. I like that it has some holiday/seasonal flavors like peppermint bark and pumpkin chai, and others that are more “year round” like honey ginseng. However I can’t ignore the fact that this pack only contains 24 tea bags for $25, so you’re looking at over a dollar per tea bag. If it goes on sale for half price, then I would recommend this set, but the current price point is not worth it in my opinion. Republic of Tea has some other gift sets they offer that are a much better value.

Nice gift for tea lovers
Daughter and I started our 12 days of sipping in November to help us get through the sudden drop in temperature in our area. Nice flavors, we leave ours to steep a little longer so we can make milk tea with them and not have it be weak. Box came destroyed, so we gifted it to ourselves!
