Damaged
I was super excited for this product, but it came used! Like someone returned it. Outer box looks like liquid spilt one it and the pods were in the wrong sections!

Came damaged
The box came damaged and one capsule was busted open and spilling.Edit: after writing my initial review I received a message from Bartesian CS and they offered to refund my money! Totally unexpected but shows that they care about customer satisfaction and retaining their clientele more than making a quick buck! Thanks Bartesian!
