Excellent customer service
The glass bowl broke after 2 uses. All I was doing was washing it. I was careful with it – did not drop – it literally broke in my hands and I cut my thumb and pinky. The rest of the set is great. Super frustrating. Would love a replacement bowl if possible. Seems like it may have been defective as other reviews are decent. Will update this review if I receive replacement.UPDATE: I contacted Teanagoo and they immediately sent me a replacement bowl. Wonderful customer service. It arrived in 2 days. Hoping this one doesn’t break – but seems like maybe it was just a defective or already cracked product the first time. The set is great!

Came as described, I don’t think it’s the best quality (the whisk in particular) but it’s very good for the price. I wish it didn’t come wrapped in styrofoam but I understand why that’s necessary.

The other selections are very colorful and great Eye Candy, but I wanted to be able to see the Matcha mix in Real Time, to decide how it was coming, and what to do next. This one is exactly what I was looking for, including the Spout on the Rim of the Mixing Bowl for pouring the Matcha, with minimal spilling. It was Well Packaged, in a very Attractive, suitable as a Gift, Packing Container, and included most of what I needed to prepare a Matcha Tea for drinking. Well thought out, and met my Expectations, without Exception. Highly Recommended, if you want to “see” the Matcha in Real Time, as you go through the Process. v/r “The TEA Spectator” :o)
