PERSONAL BREWING MUG. The Radiance Steeping Mug is available in four colors and is designed for your comfort and tea-drinking pleasure with crystal clear thermal glass that’s durable as well as beautiful. Holds up to 12 ounces of pure, delicious tea.
SUPERIOR QUALITY GLASS. Highly hygienic, non-porous borosilicate glass does not retain odors or stains. Lightweight and more resistant to thermal shock than any other glass.
INSULATED DESIGN. Double-walled borosilicate glass with porcelain lid maintains ideal temperatures – both hot and cold. The double-wall glass base is furniture-friendly.

Solves all the issues for an avid tea drinker. Large basket allows tea leaves to fully express. Double-walled cup stays cool on outside yet keeps tea at correct drinking temp much longer than an ordinary ceramic cup. Inverted cover acting as basket holder prevents drips and other messes

High Quality Product and Excellent Customer Service
The product is made of very high quality material. I love the basket to place the tea leaves because it filters very well. I don’t like to use the paper bags that comes with the regular teas because I don’t know how much chemicals I am drinking with my tea based on how the paper bag was produced.I have tried those metal tea balls filters but all of them allow some of tea leaves get into my tea, so I gave up until I saw this product at Amazon and decided to give a try. I’m in love with it. My tea now has a better flavor because I don’t use the paper bags anymore and the cup is very inviting to drink the tea based on how it looks.The customer service is superb! When I needed it, was flexible, quick to contact me back and resolve my little issue. I am very pleased with the product and the customer service. I highly recommend this product, you will be happy that you bought it. You can’t go wrong when you buy a high quality product with excellent customer service.

Nice cup of tea
I love how easy it is to clean this. Itâs a perfect cup of tea that you can take anywhere. I take it to work with me and donât have to worry about using or finding a cup to use. The look of it is nice and see through. 4 stars because it took 2 weeks to get to me but otherwise I like it

It’s great but I wouldn’t buy again
It works great, but having used this and the “Bodum Tea For One Set, Tea Strainer with 12 Ounce Double Wall Borosilicate Glass,” I have a strong preference for the Bodum.* This mug’s double walls are closer together and/or more conductive, and the glass gets too hot to touch. The bodum is never too hot.* In related news, it doesn’t stay hot for nearly as long as the Bodum, presumably because it’s shedding heat through those thinner walls!* The strainer has bits that collect water, and thus is impossible to remove without making a drippy mess. The bodum’s simple plastic strainer comes out clean every time.* The heavier components of this make it harder to carry. It’s a balancing act to walk to your chair without the ceramic lid sliding off!

Two Years and going strong!
I use this at least 3x a week and love it. I also put all pieces through the dishwasher with no issue. My one nitpick would be the thickness of the glass and effectiveness of the vacuum walls. I can feel the heat of the tea although it isnt hot enough to burn. Other than that, itâs quite perfect, has the right volume. and fits well in my hands.The metal strainer is also the only one on Amazon (that I can find) that is one solid piece. All the others have the bottom loosely attached to the mesh walls, making it easy to fall apart and leaving cracks open for things to get stuck. The ceramic top is also great – thereâs nothing wrong with silicone but I prefer not to have it if possible.I came back to look for other tea ware and decided to share my appreciation! Hope the quality continues to trend positive
