Stylish But High-Maintenance
Iâd say this oneâs a good buy for me. If youâre looking for something that marries style with functionality, this one is a solid choice. The design is refinedâI even like handle of the cup coz itâs not thick ( looks elegant ). The lid is a thoughtful addition, helps keep your tea warm. However, while it looks sleek, the infuser is difficult to clean. Pristine at first, but after a few uses, stains from past brews start to linger, refusing to budge. Cleaning it takes effortâmore than expected.

I love the size, the weight and the ease of use. No more burnt fingers or dripping messThe double walled cup is cool to the touch. The handle is strong, supportive, cold and fits your hand perfectly. The inner removable brewing cup and are exceptional. The price is spot onWhat I don’t like is no instructions inside the box. Luckily I still had the box to go read how to use the cup, liner and lid. Still had to guess on water amount. Also tea in bags. How long do you steep, etc. They seem to have another version for loose tea on their homepage. Intend to aquire in future.A small 2 sided instruction pamphlet would be great

Glass infuser chipping during use
i only just noticed after using the product for 2 months that the infuser is chipping. that means i have been drinking glass chips with my tea! this is a very poorly made item and i would warn anyone who is considering purchasing it to think twice. i reported this to teabloom via their live chat and found it is not in fact “live.” their “live chat” auto-bot asks for your email address and say they will answer by email but i have yet to hear from them. i do not recommend this company or this product.UPDATE 3.12.2025 i have contacted this company two more times since the original post. no one has responded. this company lacks integrity and does not even follow their auto-bot responses that they will answer “promptly.” i have decreased the stars to 1, but consider this company to be -10 stars.

Great quality and super cute!
I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas because heâs been actively taking interest in tea. The only complaint I maybe have is the infuser does allow a good bit of the small bits of loose tea to leak through. Itâs super cute and easy to clean.

High Quality Toxin Free Borosilicate glass!
High quality Borosilicate glass which means lead free & toxin free trustable glass. I love these mugs, I have bought 2 of them now and they have not let me down. They are easy to clean & hold a lot of liquid. In my opinion it is a lot easier to make loose leaf tease with these glasses. Also an important note is that you can fit a ton of loose leaf tea in each glass if you so desire. For me that is a huge bonus because I like to use multiple kinds of loose leaf tea in each mug I make that are also highly potent for health benefits. The lids are fragile though so you do need to be careful when cleaning. Mine are perfectly in tact but I can see how easily they could probably break if your not careful Other than that, my experience with these mugs have been great!

Perfect personal cup to brew and drink tea
This cup is great for brewing and drinking tea leaves.The flat lid is very convenient for holding the glass filter, making it super easy to control how long the tea leaves brew in the water. Cup is comfortable to hold, with the double wall only warm to touch with hot liquid inside. Cup is microwavable, so reheating the liquid is easy. All glass construction, including the filter, is super easy to clean with a quick swivel of a soapy bottle brush. No tea residue buildup!The cup is a little small, but I consider it a feature that forces me to take a quick break from my computer often. The glass seems fragile, but I have been very careful and gentle when putting it down on hard table surfaces, so it has been holding up well so far.Overall, I am very happy with the purchase.

Just what Iâve been looking for!
I am so pleased with the shape, texture, and functionality of this set! I was raised with parents who were conscious of lead and other toxins in dish-ware, but I fell off the bandwagon until recently. This is an excellent set with great craftsmanship. It is delicate to an extent, but is durable and light weight. I ordered a second one for home (this one is my work mug), and I intend to get one for a friend as a winter gift.
