Unbelievable! I just received a replacement from their CS manager and I’m upgrading my rating as I would give these to every tea drinking friend I have if I could afford it So, just buy it for yourself and point your friends in the right direction. Thank you so much Teabloom for actually caring and fixing <3This pot is just gorgeous but out of the box the handle is warped, wobbly, and in danger of smashing the glass if it fell sideways too hard. I tried to reform it with my fingers but it's pretty bad. I sent a message to the company via the AI chat thingy. I'll update this if I hear from them as other than that it's really quite lovely. The metal of the handle is not terribly thick sheet so looks like a wonky packaging job was all it took. Fingers crossed as I LOVE it otherwise. It's so posh!

Beautiful for an unusual tea drinking experience, but be careful!
Gives an absolutely beautiful presentation for an unusual tea drinking experience. Blooming teas are especially showcased in this elegant glass tea pot. I like that it also has a large capacity diffuser for brewing loose teas. I do think the “porcelain” glass diffuser, though sturdy, is a bit bulky for the delicate form of the teapot and tends to visually take over the interior of the pot when in use. I believed the unit upon which the pot is held over the tea light candle was well venilated. However, after about 15 minutes I was smelling what I thought was an electrical burn. It was, in fact, creasone build-up under the teapot that had begun to smoke. This means the pot can’t be left burning for any length of time keeping your tea hot between pours. That’s a significant design flaw in my book.

I just had to post a review for this beautiful teapot! Itâs absolutely beautiful, and simple to use. Initially I was puzzled because I was expecting to see a flower pictured on the pot. Itâs a plain pot, and the flower pictured is the flower used for brewing. It looks nothing like the picture once it blooms, but thatâs fine with me. You can heat the water first, then pour it into the tea pot over the flower bulb. It was nice to watch the flower bloom once the water began to hydrate it again. The burner and candle provided keeps it the perfect temperature (medium warm-hot) to allow for repeat cups. Instructions say the flower can be used up to 3 times. I wonât reuse it, but I guess you can. I donât see how. Itâs definitely giftable, and excellent quality!

Die Teekanne sieht wunderschön aus. Es ist auch super das 1,5 Liter Tee reinpassen, alle anderen Kannen haben wesentlich weniger Fassungsvermögen. Sogar mein Mann war total begeistert. Sie hält den Tee wirklich stundenlang schön heiÃ. Wunderbar, gerade jetzt in der kalten Jahreszeit. Der Tee schmeckt klasse und ist auch etwas für’s Auge und die Seele. Werde ihn mir auf jeden Fall nachkaufen. Die Kanne steht übrigens perfekt auf dem Stöfchen. Wenn es da Probleme gibt, wendet Euch doch bitte an den Hersteller, Ausschuss kann es überall mal geben. Danke für diese super tolle Teekanne.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Kanne ist wunderschön…nicht nur eine Glaskanne wie bei anderen Anbietern, sondern optisch auch ansprechend und besonders. Sie ist sehr stabil, aber nicht klobig und für den täglichen Gebrauch geeignet. Ich kann sie nur weiter empfehlen.
