I sent mine back after it shredded my sponge with the sharp spout after I purchased it.While I was cleaning it I also found that the black discoloration (which I had thought would come out in the was) was permanent. I don’t know what it’s from but I’ve never seen that in the stainless steel kitchen wares I own.I was also not too keen on the way the spout and handle were welded into the pot, they were rather noticable.
