Hatte zu Beginn wegen der Temperatur an der AuÃenseite meine Bedenken.Bewertungen zu einer unantastabaren AuÃenseite kann ich nicht bestÃ¤tigen. Die AuÃenseite der Tasse, bei einer Wassertemperatur von ca. 80 Grad (heiÃer sollten die meistens Tee`s nicht aufgebrÃ¼ht werden), wird ganz leicht warm. Das ist Ã¼berhaupt nicht stÃ¶rend, es ist eher ein angenehmer Effekt.Das Design ist ansprechend. Die Tasse viel Volumen. Das Sieb ist nicht zu grob, liegt ausreichend tief in der Tasse und nimmt nicht viel Platz in der Tasse ein.Daneben das der Deckel etwas besser auf dem Rand aufliegen kÃ¶nnte (damit er nicht so wackelt) habe ich eigentlich nur zu bemÃ¤ngeln, dass die Tasse kurz nach meinem Kauf um wenige Euro gÃ¼nstiger geworden ist. Das ist gibt mir allerdings noch keinen Grund die Tasse mit nur 4 Sternen zu bewerten.Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Cette tasse est non seulement trÃ¨s joli, mais pratique en plus avec son filtre intÃ©grÃ©. J’avais commandÃ© 2 tasses pour des cadeaux de NoÃ«l. Une tasse Ã©tant arrivÃ© sans filtre. Leur Service Client a Ã©tÃ© super rÃ©actif et a envoyÃ© le filtre directement aux Pays-Bas (ou le cadeau avait Ã©tÃ© donnÃ©). Je ne peux que recommander.

I have been exploring infuser cups/mugs for a couple of weeks, and after a couple of false starts, I chose this one! Some folk said the tea leaves had bled through the strainer, however this was not the case. The mug is pretty to look at, the right size for a good drink and did keep it warm.I am very happy with all aspects of the mug and worth the money.

Best cup for tea
I love this for tea, loose leaf or otherwise. The lid that doubles as a rest for the strainer makes the whole thing even better. The print is pretty and the size is just right. Definitely recommend

Best product I ever bought for tea. It’s perfect
I have bought maybe a dozen different tea strainers, mugs etc., in an attempt to try to make the perfect cup of tea. This is the only one that works perfectly. The cup isn’t too hot to hold if it comes out of the microwave, the strainer doesn’t let small pieces of tea slip through. It’s very well designed. I never write gushing reviews like this, but I love this tea cup!

Product not being properly protected/wrapped inside Tea FortÄ box at factory causes breakage
UPDATE:The company contacted me after I posted my negative/one-star review (see below), and generously offered to ship a replacement to me for free. I felt they were dismissive of my complaint about poor packaging causing breakage, but I took the risk and accepted the replacement. The replacement arrived undamaged (hallelujah), although they still only had a thin peice of cardbard between the heavy lid and hollow mug, which is probably why so many reviewers receive broken products. Anyway, I have been using the product regularly for a while and have upgraded my review to 4 stars.I love the color but, as others reported, half of the design is barely visible. I also love the shape and aesthetics of the mug’s design. The mug looks and feels substantial, but I know from my first experience to treat it with kid gloves given that it is hollow and prone to breaking. That and the fact that it doesn’t actually hold much liquid (the strainer takes up at least half of the height AND sits below the lip to accommodate the lid) are the primary reasons I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. If you like big mugs of tea, you’ll probably be frustrated with this… if you make smaller cups at a time or use specialty teas (whole flowers, matcha, etc.), you’ll probably love this. Despite the hollow center for insulation, I find that this does not keep liquids hot for very long, even with the (non-insulated) lid on. That’s OK with me because it holds so little volume that it doesn’t take long to drink, and I didn’t expect ceramic and a very loose/uninsulated lid to hold in much heat in the first place.I think that the strainer is excellent because it is a VERY fine mesh and lets very little get through, and it is very easy to clean. Despite being a very thin metal, the strainer is quite sturdy and has not bent, dented, or rusted after many many uses (although it gets a lot very fine scratches inside from stirring). I also love the little loop on the stainer as it allows me to easily insert and remove it from its recessed position, and to hold it steady while pressing out excess water or sifting dry powder (like matcha tea). 100% of the matcha powder sifts through the strainer by the way.I also love the lid because it make this aesthetically pleasing mug even cuter, it is very thick, and it works wonderfully to hold tea bags or the strainer without making a mess.That’s about all I can think of other than trying to make coffee in this. I used a fine espresso grind, so some of the grounds did manage to escape through fine mesh strainer, but much less so than I’ve experienced with other strainers. Therefore, I imagine you could easily use larger grinds with this quite well if you don’t mind weaker, smaller cups of coffee.Overall, I would recommend this (although I wish it held more), because it is high quality and a joy to look at and use. Using it feels ceremonial, like you are treating yourself to something special. They just need to seriously reconsider how they ship given the thin barrier placed between the thick/heavy lid and the hollow/fragile mug during shipping so that it’s less of a gamble whether you receive one unbroken. Since it doesn’t insulate much anyway, I think the mug should be solid instead of hollow so that it is much less prone to breakage.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I’m so dissapointed! I read the reviews on this and the other colors/designs carefully and wanted it so bad but decided it was too pricey. After months and months or denying myself, I finally decided to take the plunge. However, as soon as I lifted this out of the shpping box, I knew it had arrived broken due to the sound of clinking glass. This was confirmed upon opening the box and seeing that it was broken into several peices at the top of the cup, as if the lid was too heavy and cracked the cup. In fact, both the shipping box and product box were not damaged. The product was wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap that was in tact. However, the inside of the product box has gouging and dents. There also was NO bubble wrap, cardboard, or any packaging material of any kind between the cup and the lid! They packed naked ceramic on top of naked ceramic. No wonder it broke! The manufacturer is to blame. I’m so disgusted.

So cute
These are so cute. I wanted one of these but couldnât decide which one to get. I bought one of every design on cyber Monday and gave the ones I didnât want as gifts with bags of organic loose tea. I chose the cherry blossoms for myself and have used this thing every evening since I opened it. Can brew loose tea and avoid the microplastics in tea bags, fits perfectly in my keurig for coffee or hot cocoa, and the lid keeps my drink warm until Iâm settled in and ready to drink. Co workers were thrilled with the cups, too! Love it and wish I bought one sooner.

Great design and functionality.
Tea Forte’s Kati Cups are really nice and convenient. It is easy to steep loose leaf tea within the infuser basket and then take it out to drink right out of the mug. These Kati Cups are durable and easy to clean as well.
