Looks cute, but not worth the gamble. Lid knob arrived broken. Takes two months to issue a refund, and they only pay $4 off the return shipping.

Cracked by handle
I really liked the aesthetics of it; very simple, clean and elegant looking in my humble opinion. It was easy to use and easy to clean.I would have loved to continue using it but I purchased this a few month ago and it has already cracked by the handle. The handle is still attached and may still work, but the crack is sharp and not worth possibly cutting my finger washing it.Very bummed about thisâ¦

Hand wash only
This is a great teapot. However, it is not dishwasher safe. If you wash it in the dishwasher, the handle will break. If you wash it by hand, you won’t have this issue.
