First, I loved the packaging, not the usual boxes stacked on top of each other in the bigger box. There were 12 slots (styrofoam) for the 12 mugs inserted nice and snug in a large box. I was able to deliver them to the customer in the same box they came in. They sublimated perfectly. They do hold the heat for a bit, so be careful. Overall, this was a wonderful purchase.
