Lids are useless
Lids give splinters so you need to sand those down a little bit if youâre using them and coat it with dishwasher safe mud pudge. Wish I didnât have to do that but it just made my work time longer doing all the mugs. The mugs are good, but they do chip easy.

Great mugs and they sublimate well. Can even wash them in the dishwasher and the design stays.

Don’t count on the lids
The mugs are fantastic but the lids don’t fit on two colors and are very loose on the others. I won’t give those to my customer for fear they will try to pick up mug while holding top.

Just the right size.
If you’re looking for a coffee cup that has a big handle, look no further. These mugs have beautiful color and they sublimate perfectly.

Delivered on time and sublimated very well
Sublimation went well…used longer time from experience. Suggest manufacturer provide recommended time. Used 400 degrees for 4 minutes. Delivery was on time which helped with a last minute request from a friend.

Set is great for what I wanted however one of the bamboo lids was missing when I opened the box.
