Love this product!
I originally bought this pot because I saw it in England in a posh tea store for 36 pounds. I did not buy it there, but decided to check Amazon. I was not mistaken – $20 and I’m the proud owner.We since bought 2 more as gifts. Tea-drinkers love them!The best thing about this product is we once forgot it on the stove and only remembered after an hour…it was all black because all the water was gone! However, with some effort and baking soda we were able to restore it to its original looks. Still use it; it was not damaged and still works just great.

Great glass teapot
I love glass teapots and have used them for many years, though they are prone to breakage.I’ve only had this 40 oz STNTUS for 5-6 months so I can’t vouch for its longevity, but it seems to be made of thicker glass than brands I’ve had it the past and I have hopes it will last longer than my past teapots. Though apparently it can be used over a flame, I don’t use it that way. I boil water in a whistling water kettle and pour it over loose tea in the STNTUS infuser.The measurement markings are also an extremely useful feature. Well done.Only one thing: I wish I could find a replacement infuser. Currently searching for one on Amazon.

gorgeous but really hard to get the spout clean
I bought this for making tea and chai in. It worked quite well for both. The pot was just the right size for 2 people who like large mugs. The infuser and lid were easy clean both by hand and dishwasher. But nothing we did would get the tea stains out of the narrow part of the spout. We do have hard water so we bought a set narrow brushes but even they didn’t work.

Good size for making tea in the morning and having tea to drink throughout the day. Glass is a medium weight, heavy enough not to be fragile, but not too heavy to lift comfortably. Pours smooth, without leaking or dripping. Metal flange w/ attached lid is removable for easy washing. Purchase a narrow bottle scrubber for cleaning the spout as tea staining will occur. Great product.
