This tastes really good. I’m snobby about my coffee. First discovered this option as an easy coffee for camping, but am now on week 4 of post-hurricane non-potable water coming through the taps, and this starbucks instant has been a life-saver. It’s easy to make, tastes awesome, and there is no coffee maker clean-up required. I tried the medium roast but it had that burned flavor you sometimes find in a dark roast. The starbucks blonde is the way to go.

While this works great to make a single cup of coffee, I love it to add a spike to my pot of coffee in the morning when I need it. I’ve also grown to love light roast coffees — must better tasting than the burnt flavors of all dark roasts and most medium roasts.
