Kept our coffee fresh
Bought this for camping. We grind our own coffee beans and this held a week and a half of coffee for two people, and it tasted like it was ground fresh that morning

Give it time…
I bought this to store my coffee grinds and keep them fresh. It’s a sturdy container. Just the right size. Right out of the box, the lid was not tight and took no strength to put the lid on the container. You “vacuum” the air out with the built in lid pump. I pumped 20-30 times and it gave no indication that the air was been pumped out of the canister. No pressure build up to let you know you got the air out. The only way to know is if you press the air release button, which gave a tiny “pst”. I tried repeatedly and no luck. I wrote a bad review and forgot to hit submit. Two days later, suddenly it’s working as it should. It’s a miracle I say! So if you, like me, think it’s a bad purchase, apparently you need to call it bad names and hurt its feelings a bit. Then it will want you to love it, and will work hard to prove itself.It’s not washable. Water seeps into the vacuum pump area and gets stuck. No way to get it out without shaking the heck out of the lid so just use a damp cloth to clean the lid.

Doesnât hold a vacuum
As the title suggests – the vacuum is completely gone in a few hours. My only suggestion is to save your money and shop elsewhere

Great option which holds its vacuum seal
Sturdy and beautiful design this vacuum canister is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. I use it to store tea leaves to extend freshness and protect from light.SS Better than the glass versions available on Amazon.Just wish they were a little cheaper and available in other colors! I would fill my kitchen with them

Edit: Changing this to a 5-star because the seller is amazing.It was ok but then after having it for a few days, I noticed that air started getting in.
