Overall this is a well made, sturdy porcelain mug which holds 16 ounces of your favorite hot beverage perfectly. Mine is English tea, of course! I’m enjoying the size as well as the lovely tones of soft browns and greens in the design. And while I do like the subtle, natural colors I find the pattern lacking a little. The background has a beige “foggy” look which makes the design a bit dull, not a lot of contrast to it. Just FYI it’s made in China instead of the U.K. (though some of their goods are still made there). I definitely do still recommend it, the pattern isn’t my favorite of theirs but it still has a certain dreamy charm.

It’s the perfect mug for fall and winter— muted and cozy and big. I love nature and the trees are beautiful on this. Something about the way it’s printed makes it look like it’s in soft-focus. It’s just the right size for my 12oz coffee plus all my additions. I can still carry it without sloshing. Woohoo!
