Love it, no more junk in the cushions.
I wished I had gotten one of these years ago. My wife basically lives on one end of the sofa, and she puts all kinds of random items on the arm….which end up lost under the cushions. I set this on the arm of the sofa, it is very stable, and all her random crochet hooks, scissors, snacks, remotes, etc., are secure and where they can be found easily. This is a great value, and would highly recommend.

Favorite cup holder
I have purchased a few of these and this is my favorite so far. The quality is fabulous. It looks so nice. It is sturdy and does not move at all. Our couch has a large side arm and it still fits perfect. I can see it being very versatile when it comes to use for different couch sizes. The storage capacity is perfect for us. We are able to fit 3 remotes and it isnât too much room where is makes it bulky. The cup holder area is also the perfect size. It can hold mugs and larger cup sizers. The only reason I rated this item 4 stars instead of 5 is the overall functionality. I wish there was a hinge for the top instead of being completely separate which means you can remove it completely. I think if it was attached it would be slightly more convenient.

I have had sofa overarm “trays” before, and they looked tacky and I quickly stopped using them. Not this one!I LOVE this item! The wooden slats that fold over on each side of the sofa arm will adjust to various sofa arm widths. The hard wooden center holds my coffee mug (with hot coffee in it) securely. I can read my Regency novel on the couch and eat my sunflower seeds and drink my coffee (or wine) and feel quite cozy and secure.I am going to get another one for the other sofa arm. I love the Scandinavian design of this piece, and the wood color is gorgeous. This tray would make a great Xmas gift for a friend or co-worker..but an even better retirement gift for someone who plans to spend some quality time on the couch.In our house, we don’t really do standard, traditional mealtimes. We are all so busy that we just eat when we can. My daughter likes to eat while sitting on the couch and doing her homework on her laptop. This sofa arm tray allows her food to sit securely and not threaten her laptop in any way.Impressive design and seems well-made. Yay!!Note: If you have a reader in the house, they will love having snacks close at hand. This arm tray comes with a compartment that has a lid. You can keep your TV remote in there (if it fits…mine does and I have a standard Roku remote) but I prefer to keep snacks in that compartment. Hershey’s Kisses, anyone?

Great construction, works well
I have tried a few different couch holders and I do like this one quite a bit. The bamboo construction is very well done and the bottom has a bit of a grip to it to help it stay in place. Cup holder is good size and my water pipe (bong) fits there as well making it very handy. My tray fits perfectly of the storage section too. My only issue is that the grips that fold over the couch are a little larger than I would like and my arm rests against it. I have found that I can enhance the middle section of the couch with this holder very nicely so it works well for my application.

Stylish & Functional
I received this sofa arm tray a couple weeks ago and have it placed on my sofa in the family room where I watch a lot of TV. It works great! It stays put and is very attractive and goes well with my furniture. I like the fact that there is a cover on part of it in case I want to store something in there while not using it. I currently have my USB cord I use to recharge my phone or tablet while watching TV.I appreciate the versatility of being able to lay it flat on the couch in case I want to use it as a tray for a larger item.

Stays put but gravity never stops
This sofa arm tray is build very well. Once it’s draped over the arm of our couch, it does not move. The padding is very well textured. The couch arm is more narrow than the tray, thus over time, the pad slowly peels away from where the tray overhangs the couch arm. Once picked up, the pad will adhere back to the tray, but since gravity never stops, the adhesive just can’t win. When we get a new couch in a few years with a wider arm, will see if the pad will re-adhere to the tray.

Secure, handy, wish it were a little deeper.
The compartment isnât deep enough to hold muchâ my husbands glasses case wonât fit in it with the lid on it. We will probably end up keeping reading glasses (no case) and a pen or two in there. The fire stick remote fits nicely in the slots around the drink holder area. The tray doesnât budge and my hot tea is secure nestled into the square recessed space for it. Itâs well made, with no rough edges, and it should work on any couch or chair we have anywhere in the house, so itâs super handy. No installation requiredâ flop it over the arm and itâs good to go. Just not having to dig the remote out of the couch cushions makes this a valuable addition to our family room.
