The smell is delicious
This is the most delicious smelling coffee ever! The scent of coffee has always been my vice for wanting a cup. It is irresistible like the smell of bacon. Grinding the beans intensified the aroma. Brewing the grounds was irresistible as I waited. Lastly, the taste was everything I expected. Taste and smell DELICIOUS!

High quality!
High quality beans, very evenly roasted, and they ground well in my aging low-end burr grinder. Wonderful flavor profile that matches the producer’s description, and it’s an all around excellent medium roast that prepared well in a classic Mr. Coffee drip machine. A bit on the pricey end of the spectrum, but if you want single origin organic with these kinds of specs this is what it costs.

Smooth & delicious medium roast
This is a very smooth & delicious coffee. The beans are real fresh & grind perfectly. Weâve brewed it in a French press & as a pour over & it was absolutely lovely both ways. The aroma while brewing is simply divine! Itâs a real nice medium roast thatâs great for an afternoon pick me up. I generally stick with dark roasts & my taste buds scoff at mediums, but Iâve really been enjoying this one. Very nice coffee that we can surely recommend.

Good coffee
This coffee brewed very nicely and had pleasant flavors and scent. It tastes good but did not produce a lot of crema in our espresso machine. Overall though it was a very nice coffee, we enjoyed it and would happily order it again and try other coffee from the brand

Only 12 ounces
Medium roasts tend to go into my cold brew carafe and sit for 24 hours to get a nice strong taste. This turned out well over ice with my traditional addins of caramel and Italian sweet creme. It did smell great opening the bag and grinding it.

Tasty but pricy
This coffee tastes good and has nice tasting notes, however it is also on the higher end of the price spectrum. While it does claim to support a good cause, there’s nothing really obvious to justify the higher cost.

Robust and flavorful
I have been roasting my own coffee for almost 20 years, but like to try other coffees to teach me about different roasting and flavor profiles. When I opened up the resealable bag, the odor was heaven. The beans have a uniform roast color which is important. I did this in a press pot and the resulting coffee was very balanced and non-acidic. This is a perfect every day coffee that would do well in drip, pour over and press pots. Since it is a medium roast, I wouldnât recommend it for espresso. I tried their Dark Roast from Mexico, Chiapas Region, and it is fabulous for espresso!Also, the price is really reasonable. Having bought un-roasted coffee beans from around the world, Papa New Guinea has some of the most expensive. Their beans are top quality.

Smooth Medium Roast Coffee
This whole bean coffee ground easily and had a nice fresh aroma. I used a drip coffee maker to brew at a ratio of two tablespoons per six ounces of water. At that concentration, the coffee had a medium-dark bodied flavor and was smooth without much acidity. I generally have trouble with tasting notes in coffee, and in this case I may have detected a hint of chocolate, but not the sweet black tea that the coffee manufacturer suggests. This is a nice coffee for those who like a brew that is not too dark. It was fine to drink black. I like that this company air-roasts the coffee. They also lab-test for mold, which makes me wonder about how much mold may be in most coffee beans.
