Holds the temperature!
This is a great cup. It holds the temperature for over 6 hours, if you are opening and closing the sip lid. It also has a texture to the sides of the cup which enable a better grip on it. The other night I made a tea for bedtime, and fell asleep, and my tea was still warm when I woke up 9 hours later! The seal is threaded which keeps heat better. Highly recommend!

This doesn’t leak, at all …
I have been searching for a leakproof tumbler, and with this one, I have finally found one. As you see in my video, I completely turned it on its side and almost completely upside down, with no leaks, because it has a very good seal and it doesn’t sweat.The tumbler keeps your beverages hot/ cold for hours and it is well-made. I would definitely purchase it again. It is well worth the money.I hope you enjoy it as much as I have !

Leak
I like the product. Unfortunately, I had milk in it and placed it in my bag and it did leak. I have a weak hand and am not certain if the leak was from when it twists on, or this sipping spout. Otherwise, I do like the mug. The coffee stays hot for about an hour and then it is very warm if the lid is closed.

I don’t like the screw on lid.
Tumbler is great otherwise. But the screw on lid is sometimes hard to put on and take off especially if it contains hot liquid. I’ve almost cross-threaded the lid several times when trying to use it for my morning tea. I’d rather have a press down lid that was less secure.

Big Design Flaw UPDATE
I previously wrote about the leak control arm that hits you in the nose. From another post, I learned that you have to push the arm down hard into the locked position initially. It then becomes easier.While this is not a design flaw, more information needs to be provided to the user on how to get the seal to work properly. Now that I know that, this is a great mug and I highly recommend.The mug is great except for one BIG design flaw. The arm that makes the mug leak proof does not lock in the open position. Every time you take a drink, the arm hits you in the nose. It would be a simple fix to. The arm has a small protrusion on eah side that could lock into s amall depression on the arm to lock it in place. Howver, there is no depression on the arm that accepts the protrusions.Can i get a new top with that feature fixed or return the mug??Until this is fixed, I would not buy this mug. ð

Lid Stuck
Iâve had the insulated 8oz mug for three months. It kept my coffee hot but the threaded lid was always difficult to remove. The lid is now stuck. Iâve tried everything except a pipe wrench. It is unusable!
