Awesome drip coffee maker
This coffee maker came today. I have had all of the Kurig coffee makers and they were good until I wore them out. After the last we purchased a regular drip coffee maker that had an attached container with frother. It worked well until we got into the spring and summer season and nats are the thing here in the country when it is warm. That coffee maker left the tank exposed through cracks between the lid so nats made it a regular area to visit. I researched a new coffee maker and really liked the bold feature and the small foot print. Let me tell you after doing the setup and start up it makes a great cup of coffee! It tastes so close to a coffee shop cup of special coffee! It is really a good hot temperature so it stays very hot to warm in our thermal mugs because it it hot to start with. It is very easy to use and is not loud and makes a full 12 oz reasonably quick. Regular coffee not bold is even quicker. It has a nice touch of being able to make coffee over ice and can make 8 ounces all the way up to 24 ounces! It is very good value for your money and even has a one year warranty and comes with a quick start guide and recipe book for excellent coffee. I highly recommend this coffee maker!!

NOT SAFE TO USE – Don’t purchase
I have strong feelings about a company sending you a coffee maker that is totally unsafe to use and when asked about it, they told me sorry it did not meet my expectations and this was just the way it worked. It is not the way any coffee maker works that is safe to use. Coffee spits out all over my counter. I have since seen another review stating the same thing. My cup is a 20 oz cup, I put it on 12 oz of coffee so plenty of room inside the cup. It has to be coming from where the coffee comes out. It does not come out in a continuous stream but starts and stops. It spit out 9 to 9 1/2 inches from the maker. Mine is sitting as far back on the counter as it can and if a toddler put their little hand on the edge of the counter, it could burn their hand when it spits out. I have had mine burned by it. Not a very good company if they offer no concern for a customers safety. To say they are “sorry it does not meet my expectations” is callus to say the least. Of course, I have every right to expect I am getting a safe product when I purchase. It seems to be a given rather than an expectation to want something safe to use.

Edt … I replaced my one star review with a five-star review because after I left the review the company reached out to me offered me a full refund on my product and not as good customer service and that beats anything in my personal opinion the item I got might not have been the right item for me but the customer service made it a pleasant experienceI took a gamble becuase it had a coupon and was on sale.I ignored the reviews but shouldn’t haveOn the surface it’s a nice enough unit. Everything one would need to have a cup of coffee.HoweverIt sprays coffee all over the place. I don’t know why. It splatters everywhere.Also coffee comes out barely warm. Like lukewarm hot.This is garbage.

This is the second of these I have purchased. Good value for the features.PLUS- I received a message from the seller shortly after purchase inviting me to contact them if I had any problems. I like the fairly large water reservoir and the cup size selections. most importantly, I like the taste of the coffee from it.MINUS- As others have complained, this one leaked intermittently. It was easily fixed by removing the bottom cover and tightening the plastic ties that secure the water lines. you can tell which ones need tightened by gently pushing on the tie. if it rotates easily, it’s too loose. It’s easier to fix it than return it if you have the problem with yours. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I really like the coffee maker, The quality control could be better.

I like this better than a Keurig because you can use it with ground coffee, pods, iced or hot and it was cheaper. It is easy to use and has a water reservoire. You can choose different cup sizes for it to make. The only improvements I would make is for it to hold my taller travel cups and a timer, but for the price it goes above and beyond.

Worked for 3 1/2 months
I got this coffee machine for a friend of mine as a very early birthday gift. What we both liked was that you use either ground coffee or the K-Cups, plus could also make it over ice. It worked great when I first gave it to my friend, but then after a month it started only brewing 1/2 a cup. My friend had to clean it out with vigar and water every 2 weeks. Finally, yesterday it wasn’t even turning on at first, but when my friend was able to get it to turn on it would blink on & off, had to open & close the lid and then was able to make coffee. Today it decided to die on my friend. I’m extremely upset about this, because it was a birthday present and thought that my friend would have for a long time. Very disappointed that it only lasted my friend 3 1/2 months. So, now my friend is going to have to get another coffee machine, but it most likely will not be this brand. It was also strange that this coffee machine made a weird whistling noise when finishing up the brewing process, plus a puff of stream, but not sure if this coffee machine was supposed to do that or not.

Excellent cup of coffee
The water tank is surprisingly large. The machine is easy to operate. The coffee flavor is good. The one drawback is that the coffee pod does not sit flat in the coffee pod spot. Other than that, it is a great small coffee maker.

This is the second unit we have purchased. After the first one stopped working around 30 days, we sent it back and received a refund. Giving it the benefit of the doubt we purchased a replacement, the second unit almost made it 60 days. It actually started malfunctioning after 45 days and now brews about 2 oz on all settings. After 60 days neither the manufacturer or Amazon will do anything about it. Not worth your money, time and frustration.
