Hot coffee!!! My way!!!!
I enjoy the ease of cartridges but the coffee is never hot in my other makers. I also like super strong coffee so having the option of filling a basket with ground coffee and controlling the water lets me make what I want. The grinder works well. The milk frother even lets me make custom drinks. And if Iâm in a hurry I can pop in a cartridge and still get a robust cup that can handle a shot of milk straight from the refrigerator and still be warm enough to taste good. The basket is big enough to make a strong 14 ounce cup of coffee for the ride to work or divide and make two cups. Great option for the price. Iâm going to buy a second one for our vacation home

Great Coffeemaker and Customer Service
I love this machine. I’ve had Keurigs for years and when my last one wore out, I ran across this one and was intrigued by the frother and the fact that it doesn’t require the tedious cleaning that others do. It’s a simple setup…plug it in, add water and select your cup size, add creamer to the frother and select your setting. It brews very quickly and I loved the frothy cream. Sadly the frother stopped working more than 30 days after my purchase so a refund/replacement was not an option. However, the Amazon cs rep provided the seller’s contact info and I messaged them mid morning. By 8:30 that evening they had responded that they were sending me a new frother. Now that’s excellent customer service! (Hopefully the new one works).

Very nice having a separate holder for ground coffee. Controls are a lilâ fragile. If you hold your finger on it too long it goes to the next selection. Frother is excellent. Very quite. We find it best with light cream. Could not find who made it and where.

Off brand beware
I could not get the unit to brew more than an once. The idea of a grinder, frother, single pod or ground coffee maker with a small footprint is wonderful but this one didnât work. Perhaps I just received the one in a million disfunctional one but I just returned it unwilling to try again.

Good tasting hot speedy coffee
I chose this machine 5 months ago and I’m very happy with it.The size is perfect for my space. The clear removable water reservoir can make 2 different 14 oz. cups of coffee (one regular and one decaf) without having to refill it. I only use ground coffee. I requested an extra grounds basket which the company sent me right away for no extra charge.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that if you use fine ground coffee it will cause the basket to overflow slightly and you will need to wipe out the inside some.
