does not work right
I bought this on November the1st, i have used it every day the 2nd week i have had it as started making a loud noise i have cleaned and everything i can think of it will start making a cup of cup coffee, then it starts to drizzle then stops, like i said i have used the needle it came with to clean it i have used cleaner, i have n plucked it, and it still does not work right anymore

Quality over everything else
I purchased this item, since the one I had for almost 10-years got clogged and I couldn’t figure it out. This was cute, but it is difficult to press the buttons (maybe not lined up inside), and it takes an additional 3 mins or so to get the cup of coffee brewing.

It is very difficult to get it to turn on. After it finally turns on it is also slow and difficult to change brew size. It is past the time to return it so I am giving it to goodwill and ordering another Keurig. The Keurig is more expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for.
