It fits my kitchen drawer perfectly so “skidding” is not an issue for me. It has no smell that I could tell. The bamboo is lightweight, durable, and attractive and it keeps everything nicely organized.

Nice silverware organizer
I wanted to update my silverware drawer in my apartment and decided to look into a better organizer. This one feels pretty solid compared to another wood/bamboo organizer I tried. Very easy to wipe down to keep clean (disinfected it before adding my silverware). I like that it has the 5 main slots for silverware and the two larger ones for serving pieces. The previous organizer I was using for years did not have enough slots for me to store those, so they were all being stored with the big knives and I really wasn’t happy with that option. Now I can have all the silverware out for use and it looks great. There’s enough slots that I’m also able to store my straws/chopsticks too. It also comes with some rubber pieces to add the bottom to prevent it from sliding. Luckily this one’s measurements are as advertised as I wanted to also add an in drawer knife block, so they both fit great. Even though this cost slightly more than I wanted to spend, I do feel like it’s nice quality. Overall, I’m really happy with my choice to purchase this.

Sturdy and Slick Silverware Organizer
Wooden silverware tray seems pretty sturdy and didn’t have any cracks or splits. Feels a little like plastic and it very well could be plastic but it looks just as the pictures show.A bit of a foul smell when came out of the package but with some dishwashing soap the oder disappeared.

Measurements are EXACT
I wanted to replace a more standard rubber utensil organiser with something slightly bigger/taller to fit more forks. This was the only one I found that fit my drawer measurements perfectly, so I took a chance on the stated measurements being precise. Even a centimetre more would have been too large for my drawer, but this was a perfect fit. It looks very classy, is still clean after several months, and fits so much more than my old one. I kind of wish it weren’t as deep since if the drawer is closed too hard the utensils tend to slide towards the back of the organiser, but it’s such a nice improvement over my old one, that’s a trivial complaint.
