Decent size, beautiful machine, hot coffee
Just brewed my first cup of coffee, and it was definitely hot, even after adding my milk to it.The coffee brewed very quickly, even faster than the Keurig machines Iâve used in the past.So far so good, will update in a few months.Edit:Adding this edit after using for a few months. The machine works great. The coffee comes out hot, and it brews very fast. I think the only downside is the spot where the cup goes isnât very tall, but itâs big enough to fit a good variety of mugs.Overall would recommend.

i have this for 2 months and it is awesome. i use it just for pods that i buy. For this application it is fine as i cannot speak of making a pod or using tea bags or leaves that may get clogged.

What I like- it’s extremely fast! Push the button and it starts immediately. Pretty unheard of in Keurig types. I also like that it has a reservoir of water, enough for 4 cups app. What I don’t like- the fact you can only use narrow cups/vessels – the space does not accommodate your large latte mug. I might not have purchased if I noticed this first. Also it is nice to have size choices but if you use the largest size choice with 1 K -Cup your coffee will taste like flavored water. I use the taller narrow cups for this, the base piece is removable– I have tried using my own ground coffee but It did not help the larger size choice to be more flavorful. I believe the spout that distributes the water does not reach the outer edges of coffee- just pours straight down. So if you have plenty of regular size mugs and are satisfied with the small and medium size choice- this is for you. And if the maker can advise how to get more flavorful cups of coffee, I’m all ears.

Stopped working after 5 months, no help from seller or manufacturer
I bought this coffee pot in August and I liked it at first, but now, no matter what I do, it does not brew more than about an ounce of coffee at a time.I have cleaned and descaled it several times with no luck. I’m tried every setting, I’ve unplugged it and plugged it back in, all to no avail.I purchased the Asurion warranty with it but Asurion will not honor it because they say it has a manufacturer’s warranty.I contacted the manufacturer about the warranty 3 times with no response.So I’m left with a coffee pot that I can’t use and two worthless warranties.Not a happy person. No coffee on Christmas for me.

Incredibly fast
I like that I can use my own coffee or a pod…I like that it’s really fast. I like that it’s really easy…push two buttons and wait about a minute. I also like that the coffee is not mouth-burning hot. If that’s a problem for you, this may not be the coffee maker for you. I happen to prefer that, but I know not everyone does.

Our Cuisinart coffee maker took a dump after 4+ years. Their newer model was too bulky. After shopping & reading reviews of different makes & also based on price, we chose this. We have only owned it for a few days…so far do good. It’s attractive & does not take up a lot of space. It comes with 3 pods…2 for ground coffee or tea & one for retail pods. It does make more noise than our previous one, but the coffee is hotter. You do have to turn on the machine before you choose the size you prefer.Good price, good coffee…hope it lasts

Tired of Keurig Coffee makers, bought this SIFENE product and love it, so far.
We love Keurig, but their coffee makers have become too technical for their own good. We purchased the DUO about 2 years ago, this was our 4th or 5th Keurig coffee maker. But our new home circuit breaker kept triggering. After spending $1200 to rewire the kitchen, the circuits still tripped. Keurig replaced the DUO with another one, and we took the bad DUO to our older home in Florida, where it has never tripped the circuit breaker. No fancy new circuit breakers! The newer home has fancier subsets of circuit breakers, ARC, etc. and I fault the newer circuit breakers to some degree. There are reports online of the Keurigs triggering circuit breakers. My amateur analysis is when the preliminary heater shifts to the higher heating mode, the circuit breaker trips. Not all the time, more often in colder weather. When Fall weather arrived a few weeks ago, the circuit breakers tripped every day. That’s when we found this non Keurig SIFENE coffee maker. Lower foot print, heats coffee faster, and does not trip the circuit breaker. Love it!

I already own this coffee maker for a full year now and it still works perfectly. It ended up being very easy to maintain and quite sturdy. Despite my enthusiasm, I was originally a little worried about the tube that runs within the pod cover’s hinge (see picture) but after probably around 1000 coffees poured, it shows no sign of wear. I am still extremely happy with this little coffee maker !(Note: Both pictures are after a full year of – quite intensive – usage)Extremely happy with this coffee maker. In addition to accomplishing its mission of brewing coffee, those are the main highlights:1- At the very first use, I was literally flabbergasted to notice that after I pressed the on button and then the beverage size button, the water started pouring instantly. I owned pods coffee makers costing five times the price of this machine and none where able to start pouring the coffee under several seconds. Moreover, the resulting beverage is indeed hot. In fact, the performances are so unusual, I had to refrain myself from opening the machine to look inside at how they manage to instantly boil the water. I guess I like this machine more than I like to satisfy my curiosity !2- It has a nice modern look. The trims are made of plastic but this is absolutely correct for the price and very functional.3- It comes with pods holder, one dose coffee AND tea filters and all those accessories work flawlessly. No need to emphasize that those accessories are always sold separately with the other brands.4- It is quite easy to wash, although the beverage tends to splash a little when pouring.5- I cant tell for now if durability is part of the package but I have a good feeling. Will update if anything sad happen.

Received my coffee maker on Sept. 2nd. Set up is very easy and came with 2 extra filter units to do loose coffee and 1 for tea leaves. Also came with the pod unit.This is replacing my kettle and takes up less space than a regular coffee maker.Heats up very quickly and you have a cup of tea/coffee within a minute.So far very pleased with this purchase and at this time highly recommend it. If you enjoy a variety of tea/coffee, etc. this is the one machine you can use.

What a great little coffee maker! No waiting and coffee starts brewing immediately. Separate filters for ground coffee, K-pods and one for tea. I tried both my favourite Tim Hortons ground and an Italian dark roast K-pod and the drinks were delicious. My French press coffee maker will go into the cupboard and will stay there unless the power goes out.

Compact and light weight, looks good. It is not made of high quality material but it works great. No clock on it like my keurig had, no adjustment of water temperature, no programming for the coffee to start brewing at a preset time. But the coffee is hot and it makes a cup of coffee quickly. It does seem to splatter coffer on the inside of the machine above where the cups rest.
