My lovely mug
This is my favorite travel coffee mug! I bought it to keep my coffee hot as long as possible, when my order arrived, I immediately tested the toggle switch in life and it worked perfectly! I have noticed that the glass should not be overfilled as it will leak on you, but if the level of your drink is below the bottom of the lid with the lid fully closed, this can provide you with a tight seal. My mug was only slightly overfilled once and it leaked a little, but that’s easy to fix, just don’t fill it that high. my friend also wanted such a mug and I understand her!

Aesthetically pleasing and functional, HOWEVER . . .
. . . the lids to these mugs seem to have a major design flaw in that they are seemingly impossible to clean — even with pipe-cleaners. And quite honestly, I have no idea how much bacteria could be growing in this Petri dish of a lid. Coffee flow when sipping can also be frustrating in that you have to ensure the slider is in just the right position to allow good flow. Anyway, see photos for cleaning issue.

Nice looking, but not as described
When ordered, the description for this was “SID Insulated Tumbler, Travel-Friendly Coffee Mug Made with Double-Wall Steel, Vacuum Insulation, and Dishwasher-Safe Materials, Keeps Drinks Hot Up to 8 Hours, Cold for 6, 16-Ounce Travel Mug”I really like dishwasher-safe coffee mugs, and was leery based on the cork bottom, but ordered based on the description. Much to my disappointment, the instructions clearly say, “Hand wash only.” Strike one.The lit fits as well as any other of this style of coffee mug. The slider, with its silicone seals, is tight and feels like it makes a solid seal. However another big problem with this style of lid is often a poorly designed or small vent hole. This suffers from not just an overly small vent hole that gets plugged up easily, but the cover design prevents it from being easily cleared. This makes coffee not flow nicely when tilting, so that was strike two for me. I may be able to widen the hole a bit, but for a travel cup at this price, I wouldn’t expect to have to do that.Overall, it’s attractive, and I bought this hoping for an alternative to another travel cup I purchased and loved. I just can’t feel the same love for this one given the misleading title and the poor vent hole design.

WOW this product delivers as promised, my coffee stays hotter than any mug I have owned 10* product
This was a self-gift. Product says vacuum sealed and they mean it WOW Nice weighted bottom. Nice and easy for my small hands to hold. Keeps my coffee hot longer. Would buy this for a gift for anybody. Now have purchased 3 of them. 2 more as gifts for birthdays.*** GREAT GIFT have purchased several, and direct ship to recipient.

Didn’t regret choosing this coffee mug!!! Easy to hold while walking, great looking coffee mug for the cup holder in my car. It does not leak or spill if the mug is tipped. A push button allows the drinking port to open. Itâs so good Iâve decided to buy one for my husband too, because of his job he needs a perfect travel mug.
