This is 100% not 3D nor does it have any form of texture to it like you would expect from the picture. It is completely smooth PLUS it is extremely hard to try and get the names to fit the different size hands in the correct order.

Firstly, the mug came very late, and I understand that it shipped from China. Secondly, the tea stain won’t go away no matter how I washed it. Lastly, it’s pretty expensive, and to be honest, if I knew that the mug would be shipped from overseas, I wouldn’t order it.
