Product functions well, but listing is inaccurate.
I purchased this specifically because it is listed as being very quiet, and because it generally matches the other appliances in the kitchen (black and stainless steel). As I was considering this product, it was between this and the Krups Silent Vortex, and I sided with this one because to be honest, I couldn’t really tell which would be quieter, this one is less expensive, and because this one is advertised as having a more powerful motor (200w, vs the Silent Vortex 175w). That said, I can confirm that the wattage of this product is in fact 150w, as marked on the bottom of the product, and as noted in the instruction manual. I can also say that this is MAYBE slightly quieter than the coffee grinder that this is replacing (which is a 100w Black and Decker SmartGrind which was purchased likely over 20 years ago), but honestly it’s a bit hard to tell because running without anything in it, the Shardor is definitely louder, but with beans in it it’s about the same for the first few seconds and then maybe it’s quieter? But I’m also not going to waste a bunch of coffee trying to figure it out.So those two negative points aside, what I will say is that the aesthetic design is nice, and mechanically is simple and seems to work well. As compared to the old grinder, it does grind faster (no doubt because it’s 50w stronger than the last one), and I like that the cup is detachable. This grinder is notably larger than the last, but not so large that I wouldn’t store it on the counter. The cup that the beans go into is also large and would allow me to grind more coffee than I would use for a whole pot, and also seems to do a reasonably good job for a blade grinder.Overall I don’t regret the purchase and feel it’s a good item for the price. That said, to call the item “super silent” when it’s not notably quieter than the “regular” coffee grinder I had seems like a bit of false advertising, as does marketing it as a 200w motor when the item itself and the instructions indicate it’s 150w. That said, I feel like I would be happier with the product if I didn’t feel fooled by marketing, but admittedly may not have purchased it if the marketing were accurate, ergo my rating.

Comes with US plug. More importantly it is single voltage, so cannot simply use an adapter but need a step down converter suitable for high wattage device…

Great variable speed
A solid coffee bean or spice grinder. For a non burr grinder this thing is great. Itâs quiet, I work an early shift so I like the quietness (as far as grinders, this is easily one of the quieter ones), easy to clean out with the removable bowl, easy to operate. You just need to adjust the grind of bean and dial in with whatever brewing method you prefer.

Quiet, Powerful, Easy to Clean
After doing quite a bit of research for a small, quieter blade grinder, I found this gem. Iâm more than happy with this purchase. It has 30 settings for course to fine grinding. I adjusted the grind to come out perfectly for my Cuisinart drip machine (stay away from the grind and brew machine due to cleaning hassles and only one grind setting).The video I took shows the noise level with no coffee beans, but itâs virtually the same with beans. I like the removable container, because itâs easier to dump the grounds into my coffee maker and then clean with soap and water. With other small coffee grinders, you have to tip the entire machine upside down to get the grounds out, and cleaning is more difficult.All the rage in grinding coffee is with a burr grinder. Iâve tried those, and they are difficult to clean and there is more waste due to coffee ground residue left in the burrs.If youâre looking for a solid grinder at a reasonable price point, this works great!

Great quality
I love how greet it works for the price! It can grind on its on also so thatâs why I got it. You donât have to stand there and hold the button down. You can set it to your desired texture and just end it when youâre satisfied. Definitely recommend.

Practical and silent appliance
Last week I bought the Shardor CG639B Coffe Grinder, and I got impressed for its amazing performance on grinding all type of seeds, specialy coffee seeds. What I like of this item, is that is a very simple item to opperate and is very silent when grinding. Will reccomend to purchase this item for ahy household will require to grind coffee beans. EDITED- Broken after second use
I didn’t use this immediately after I got it, but when I starting using it, it broke after the second use. Just stopped working while I was using it.EDIT: While the first grinder I bought broke during use, I’m going to chalk that up to it having been a lemon because after the seller reached out and offered to make things right, i discovered that this grinder is truly amazing. It’s heavy duty, can get through whatever bulk herbs or coffee grinding requirements you have, and does the job fast. I’m impressed with how quickly it can get everything to a fine powdered consistency. Definitely worth it! Especially since the company stands behind it’s products.
